I will spend my beautiful room in our lovely 3rd WG for the summer as I will travel.
It is fully furnished with 140x200cm bed (a real bed is coming in soon!) folding couch, desk and wardrobe.
The view is on the green courtyard and in the morning you get a lot of sunlight
Entrance/living room and kitchen (with coffee machines) are great to come together.
Ich werde für den Sommer mein wunderschönes Zimmer in unserer lieben 3er WG abgeben, da ich verreisen werde.
Es ist voll möbliert mit 140x200cm Bett (ein richtiges Bett kommt bald rein!!) ausklappbarer Couch, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank.
Der Blick ist auf den grünen Innenhof und vormittags bekommt man ganz viel Sonnenlicht ab☀️
Eingangsbereich/Wohnzimmer und Küche (mit Kaffeeautomaten☝🏻) sind super zum zusammenkommen.
The situation could hardly be better:
- 3min walk to the U1 (in one station to the main station or in 10 to the Danube Island)
- 1min walk to 3 different. Trams to the centre
- 10min walk to Naschmarkt, Karlsplatz or 15min to downtown
The road is super quiet, yet there are supermarkets, hip bars, excellent restaurants and second hand shops all within a few minutes walk!
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein:
- 3min zu Fuß zur U1 (kommt man in einer Station zum Hauptbahnhof oder in 10 zur Donauinsel)
- 1min zu Fuß zu 3 versch. Straßenbahnlinien Richtung Zentrum
- 10min zu Fuß zum Naschmarkt, Karlsplatz oder 15min zur Innenstadt
Die Straße ist super ruhig, trotzdem befinden sich Supermärkte, hippe Bars, ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Second Hand Läden alle im Umkreis von paar Minuten Fußweg!
You will be with
Marian, 30, comes from Bavaria, works full-time as an IT instructor is the favorite person at all, enjoy cycling tours and always have for a beer.
Melanie, 28, comes from Tyrol and works part-time at the standard. It is an art and culture-loving and most likely on the go in nature.
Since both are likely to take vacation in summer, you will temporarily have the apartment for you alone😊
Du wirst zwischenzeitlich mit
Marian, 30, kommt aus Bayern, arbeitet Vollzeit als IT-Ausbilder ist der liebste Mensch überhaupt, mach gerne Fahrradtouren und immer für ein Bierchen zu haben.
Melanie, 28, kommt aus Tirol und arbeitet Teilzeit beim Standard. Sie ist kunst- und kulturbegeistert und am liebsten in der Natur unterwegs.
Da beide wahrscheinlich im Sommer Urlaub nehmen werden, wirst du zeitweise die Wohnung für dich allein haben😊
You can also stay shorter, the rent is adjusted accordingly!
An extension will not be possible as I will return to my studies at the end of September.

Du kannst gerne auch kürzer bleiben, die Miete wird dementsprechend angepasst!
Eine Verlängerung wird nicht möglich sein, da ich Ende September wieder für mein Studium zurückkommen werde.
