Du wirst ein 25m² großes und schönes Zimmer in einer super Lage beziehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch, ein 140x200 cm Bett mit Matratze, ein Regal, Kleiderschrank, eine extrem chillige und große Couch mit Tisch, Teppich und allem drum und dran. Kurz gesagt: Das Zimmer ist sofort beziehbar.

You would be living in a 25m² room in the center of the 4th district - you can reach Karsplatz in 5 mins by foot, as well as the city center in 15 mins. In the room you can find a big couch, sofa, small table, bed, bookshelf, desk, wardrobe and carpet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in der Mühlgasse 13, dem Herzen des 4. Bezirks - nur 2 Minuten vom Naschmarkt und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer, DM…) entfernt. In 5 Minuten erreichst Du die U-Bahn Haltestelle Karlsplatz. Von dort aus fahren U1, U2 und U4 in die ganze Stadt. Stadtzentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage und vielen Möglichkeiten ist die Straße sehr ruhig.
Wir sind eine sehr harmonische Gemeinschaft und verbringen innerhalb der WG Zeit miteinander. Das ist aber natürlich kein Muss.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass du ordentlich und verständnisvoll für die Mitbewohner bist. Wir brauchen alle immer wieder Zeit allein in Ruhe zu sein.
