Das Zimmer ist ca 15qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist hofseitig gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die ganze Wohnung ist riesig, hell, und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist superzentral gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Museumsquartier entfernt. Daher ist die Öffi-Anbindung top (U3, U1, U2 etc) und es gibt auch viele Bars, Clubs, und Restaurants in der Nähe.
In der Wohnung bleiben: Clara/25/Psychologie-Studentin, Maxi/21/Angewandten-Studentin, Emi/28/Filmemacher, Aaron/33/Hauptmieter.
Wir haben eine Katze, also am besten suchen wir jemanden, der/die lieb zu Tieren ist und keine Katzenallergien hat :) <3
Miete warm is 400eur, Kaution ist 1080eur, Ablöse 300eur (zur Info: das Zimmer an sich bleibt unmöbliert, aber für die restlichen schönen Möbel in der Wohnung ist diese Ablöse zu zahlen).

The free room is around 15 square meters and has a small balcony facing the yard - therefore, you will definitely be able to enjoy some silence when you need it. The apartment is huge, filled with light and furnished beautifully.
The apartment is very central – 2 minutes walk from Museumsquartier. You have easy & quick access to public transportation (U1, U2, U3) and there are lots of bars, clubs, and restaurants nearby.
Your future flat-mates: Clara/25/Psychology student, Maxi/21/Arts student, Emi/28/film maker, Aaron/33/main tenant.
There is a cat in the apartment, so ideally the person moving in has no problems with it and most certainly no allergies.
Monthly rent: 400eur all inclusive, Kaution 1080eur, Ablöse 300eur (fyi: the room will be unfurnished when I move out; the Ablöse has to be paid for the many beautiful furniture that stays in the common rooms of the apartment).
