• big, walk-in closet with enough room for all your stuff (the apartment is huge)
• very central location & incredibly good connection (buses 80A, 4A; tram 1; tube U3 Rochusgasse 5 min
walking distance; Landstraße Wien Mitte (airport connection) 8 min walking distance)
• If you like it green you like it here (overlooking the Danube-channel and Prater)
• Very good food shopping possibilities (Hofer, Billa, Merkur, Penny, Rochus Markt 5-10 min walking
