Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen schweren Herzens unsere WG verlassen muss, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Nachmieter für mein ~13m² großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ab 15.06.2019 verfügbar.
Aufteilung der Wohnung: Vorraum, großes Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Durchreiche zum Wohnzimmer (dient auch oft als Bar =)), es gibt zwei Badezimmer - das größere gehört dir und extra Toilette. Die WG ist voll möbliert und alles was man braucht ist bereits in der Wohnung.
Im Zimmer bleiben Bett und Kleiderschrank wahrscheinlich ganz flexibel auf deine Bedürfnisse.

As I am leaving due to work reasons my bright room (13m²) in a 4-people apartment with large living room, kitchen, two showers and a toilet. Everything is fully equipped!
In the room bed and wardrobe will probably stay, quite flexible on your needs.
Location
In einem 5min Gehradius befindet sich so ziemlich alles was man zum Einkaufen benötigt (Lidl, Hofer, Spar, Meiselmarkt und co.) - bald auch ein Hofer direkt vor der Haustüre. Westbahnhof liegt 7 min entfernt. Top Anbindung durch U3, Die Straßenbahnlinien 49 und 60 (3 Min) Bus 10A womit man in etwa 20min am Stephansplatz ist.

The apartment is 4 minutes by feet from Schweglerstraße, with U3 and lidl, and also 4 min from Johnstraße, with the U3 and the Meiselmarkt, a big market with many shops and barrows.
Other transports around 5 minute distance are tram 9, 49, 60 and bus 10A.
In 20 minutes you are in the center!
The area is really safe and the neighborhood very quiet.
