da ich über den Sommer abreise, suche ich für den Zeitraum vom 01.07.2021 bis zum 30.09.2021 (es ist möglich das Zimmer auch nur für den Zeitraum 01.07.2021-31.08.2021 zu mieten) einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer.
Es handelt sich um ein ca 22 qm großes und helles Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die Wohnung ist 90 qm groß und wir haben ein ungefähr 17 qm großes Wohnzimmer, das du natürlich auch nach Belieben benutzen kannst. Es handelt sich um eine typische Wiener Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken. Das Badezimmer wurde letztes Jahr renoviert, die Waschmaschine ist auch neu.
Im Zimmer selbst befindet sich ein Hochbett, damit noch mehr Platz zur Verfügung steht. Das Zimmer ist hell, Fenster sind zur Straße gelegen. Es ist eingerichtet und du kannst alle Möbel benutzen. Das Zimmer ist auch Pärchenfreundlich.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr ruhig und auch kühl, was über den Sommer von Vorteil ist. Die Fester sind zum Hof gelegen. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir einen Beamer, sodass du Filme auf der Leinwand schauen kannst.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 395 Euro (alles inkludiert), die Kaution sind 500 Euro.
Es gibt einen Garten, in dem man sich nach Absprache mit dem Hausbesitzer (dieser wohnt auch im Haus) aufhalten kann :)

because I am leaving Vienna for few months, I am looking for a sub-tenant from 01.07.2021 to 30.09.2021 (it is possible to take the room just for the period 1.7.2021-31.8.2021) for my 22 m2 room in a 2-person shared-flat. The apartment is 90 m2 and there is also a 17 m2 living room, which you can use as well. It is a typical Vienese Altbau flat with high cellings. The bathroom was renovated last year, the washing maschine is new.
There is a loft bed in the room, the room itself is very sunny, the windows are directed to the street. The room is furnished and you can use all the furniture. There is a loft bed in the room. The room is couple-friendly.
The living room is very silent, the windows are directed to the garden and the temperatures stay cool all day long. There is a projector in the living room, sothat you can watch movies.
The rent is 395 Euro all included; the deposit is 500 Euro.
There is a garden in the house and you can use it as well :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage direkt am Gürtel zwischen Westbahnhof und Burggasse-Stadthalle im 1150. Du bist also innerhalb von ein paar Minuten auf der Mariahilferstraße. U6, U3, Straßenbahnlinien 5, 6, 18, 49, 52 und 60 sind quasi direkt vor der Tür.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is situated very central, directly on the Gürtel street between Westbahnhof and Burggasse-Stadthalle in 1150. That means you can reach Mariahilferstraße in a few minutes by walk. The Stations U6, U3, the trams 5, 6, 18, 49, 52 and 60 are in a walking distance.
Es ist eine 2er WG.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner wird Philipp. Er ist 27 Jahre alt, er studiert Biologie an der Uni Wien. Er ist ein ruhiger Mitbewohner, er verbringt viel Zeit zu Hause. In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Computerspiele, kocht oder schaut Filme. Er ist Nichtraucher.
Manchmal kochen und essen wir zusammen oder treffen uns zur Unterhaltung in der Küche.

It is a 2-person flat.
Your flat-mate will be Philipp. He is 27 years old, and he studies biology at the University of Vienna. He is easygoing and he spends a lot of time at home. In his free time, he likes to play computer games, to cook and to watch movies. He does not smoke.
Sometimes we cook and eat together, or we meet for a talk in the kitchen.
