Willst du die Natur des 19. Bezirks genießen, aber zum Preis des 20.? Dann ist unsere Wohnung genau das Richtige für dich. Ab dem 1. Juli ist in unserer 3er WG ein Zimmer frei! Dein zimmer ist 11 qm Groß. Das große Fenster des Zimmers blickt auf einen wunderschönen Park und macht den Raum sehr hell und freundlich.
Außerdem ist das Haus voll möbliert! Ich werde die Möbel meines Zimmers nehmen, aber für den Rest , all yours! KEINE Ablöse

Du wohnst mit der Laura(27), einer Doktorandin aus Alicante, und Adrian (30), einem Labortechniker aus Valencia, zusammen. Bei diesen beiden netten Spaniern wirst du dich mit ihrer guten Laune und typisch spanischen Ausstrahlung von der ersten Minute an wohlfühlen.Wie du dich vorstellen kannst, esst man in diesem Haus sehr gut.
Das Zimmer kostet 330€ pro Monat ohne die Nebenkosten (wir warten noch auf die Rechnung mit dem endgültigen Preis). Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sowie ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Fahrrad und ein Keller gehören zur Wohnung.

Do you want to enjoy the nature of the 19th district but at the price of the 20th? Then our house is the place you were looking for. As of July 1, a room is available in our apartment for three! You live with Laura, a PhD student from Alicante, and Adrián, a laboratory technician from Valencia. With these two there is never a lack of good humor and the typical Spanish charisma that gives life a spark and, as you can imagine, in this house, you eat very well...
