Hi!
Ich, Philipp (25) suche eine längerfristige Mitbewohner:in für meine Zweier-WG. Das Zimmer, welches ab sofort beziehbar ist, ist etwa 12m2 groß und in der ca. 86m2 großen Wohnung vom geräumigen und hellen Wohnzimmer aus begehbar. Das Bad mit Badewanne und großer Waschmaschine sowie das separate Klo sind von der Küche aus begehbar. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen Geschirrspüler und auch sonst ist sie recht gut ausgestattet und daher für jede Koch-Session einsatzbereit. Es gibt einen Putzplan und ich habe es grundsätzlich gerne sauber. Ich selbst koche relativ viel und auch gerne mal für zwei bzw. gemeinsam :) – ich bin grundsätzlich überwiegend vegetarisch, habe aber überhaupt kein Problem damit, wenn du dir ein Schnitzel panierst. In der Wohnung lebt außerdem eine Katze, die gerne mal überall ihre Haare verteilt und auch ab und zu gestreichelt werden will.

I, Philipp (25) am looking for a longer-term roommate for my two-person flat share. The flat is about 86m2 and the 12m2 room is available as of now. The room is accessible from the spacious and bright living room. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and the separate toilet are accessible from the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, a large refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and therefore ready for all kinds of cooking sessions. There is a cleaning schedule - I do like to have it clean. I myself am rather into cooking and sometimes like to cook for two or cook together with my roommate :). I am mainly vegetarian, but have no problem at all if you are keen on a Schnitzel or a steak. A cat also lives in the flat - he to spread her hair just about everywhere and also wants to be petted from time to time.

Wiener Gemeindebezirk in der Rokitanskygasse und bietet einerseits eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt (43er, 42er, 9er und 2er Bim und Bus 10A) und andererseits mit dem schnell erreichbaren Wienerwald oder dem nahegelegenen Türkenschanzpark gute Escape-Möglichkeiten aus dem Gebäudedschungel. Billa, Interspar, Hofer, Post und Apotheke in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist die U6-Station Alser Straße entweder mit dem 43er oder zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten relativ nahe gelegen.

The apartment is located in the 17th district of Vienna in the Rokitanskygasse and offers a good connection to the city (43er, 42er, 9er and 2er tram and bus 10A). The quickly accessible Wienerwald or the nearby Türkenschanzpark present good escape possibilities from busy city life. Billa, Interspar, Hofer, post office and pharmacy are within 10 minutes walking distance. In addition, the U6 station Alser Straße is relatively close, either with the 43 or on foot in about 10 minutes.

Ich habe, auch wenn ich eigentlich Student bin, relativ viel zu tun und bin daher oft den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Es kann allerdings auch mal vorkommen, dass ich Tage habe, an denen ich erst um 12 aus dem Bett muss. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne bouldern, trainieren, schwimmen, laufen und habe es bisher auch immer genossen, mir einfach mal einen gemütlichen Abend mit meinen bisherigen Mitbewohnern zu machen. Momentan studiere ich Neurowissenschaften an der Hauptuni und arbeite an einem Forschungsprojekt im AKH mit. Ich diskutiere auch gern mal über Zeug aller Art und habe grundsätzlich gerne Leute um mich, was allerdings nicht heißt, dass jeden Abend die Bude voll ist.

Even though I'm a student, I am fairly busy and am therefore often out all day. However, there are days when I only roll out of bed at lunchtime. In my free time I like to go bouldering, working out, swimming, running and, so far, I have enjoyed having a nice evening at home now and then, chatting with my former roommates. At the moment I study neuroscience at the University of Vienna and also participate in a research project at the AKH. I like to have discussions about all kinds of stuff and basically enjoy having people around me, but that doesn't mean that the place is full every night.
Please no Nazis and anti-vaxxers.

Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Regal und einer Kommode möbliert (siehe Bilder). Diese Einrichtungsgegenstände können, wenn erwünscht für 100€ übernommen werden. Wenn du irgendwelche Fragen hast, dann raus damit. Ich bin ziemlich offen und spreche an, wenn irgendwas los ist, damit es zu keiner schlechten Luft kommt und nehme Rücksicht auf dich!

The room is furnished with a bed, one shelve, and a dresser (see pictures). If you can make use of this stuff, it can be taken over for 100€. If you have any questions, do feel free to ask.
