Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit Parkett, hohen Räumen, Flügeltüren und Kassettenfenstern und besteht aus eine großen Vorraum, dem Klo, einer Küche mit einer Schiebetüre in das kleine Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine), dem Zimmer meines Mitbewohners und meinem Zimmer, das ich jetzt weitergebe für die Zeit, die ich nicht in Wien bin. Da mein Mitbewohner im Sommer auch meistens bei seinem Bruder sein wird, habt ihr die Wohnung dann de facto für euch.
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung und nicht nur zum Schlafen (ausziehbares Doppel Tagesbett) sondern auch als Wohnbereich (großes Sofa) und Essbereich (sehr großer Esstisch) möbliert.
Ein großer Kleiderschrank wäre im Vorzimmer, aber es wäre auch Ok wenn du einen eigenen Kleiderschrank mitbringst.
Wenn ihr das Zimmer als Paar haben wollt auch kein Problem.
Nichtraucherwohnung - rauchen kann man im Hof.
Our apartment has a big lobby, toilet, the kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer) with a sliding door to the small bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine), my roommates room and my room which I give away for 8 months now. My roommate will also sty with his brother most of the time in summer, so you will ave the apartment mostly to yourself.
This room is the biggest room in the apartment and furnished not just for sleeping (Double Daybed) but also as living room (sofa) and dining room (big Dining table)
A wardrobe is in the lobby but it would also be OK to bring your own wardrobe.
If a couple wants to rent the room it would be possible.
No smoking in the apartment - smoking in the courtyard
Die Wohnung ist PERFEKT gelegen direkt beim Schwedenplatz.
U1, U4, Tram 1, Tram 2 in 2 Gehminuten U3 in 4 Gehminuten.
It is located at Schwedenplatz in the inner city of Vienna.
U1, U4, U3, Tram 1 and 2 are just a few minutes walk away.
Ich werde April bis November nicht in Wien sein daher vermiete ich mein WG Zimmer in der Zeit.
Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet und wird zeitweise bei seinem Bruder sein, also wirst du auch öfter mal alleine sein.
Wenn gewünscht, (wenn zb ein Paar einziehen möchte) kann mein Mitbewohner auch fast die gesamte Zeit bei seinem Bruder verbringen. Das wär verhandelbar.
