Hello !
Unfortunately I have to leave this room for the 1st of August ( or end of July ).
This shared flat is perfect if you want to meet new ( amazing ) friendly people, cooking some food with the others, and share moment in your life.
The location is really perfect, at the corner of the building there is the 44 ( tram going to city center in 5/10min), you have also the tram number 2 and 46 not far away, as well you have the subway U6 (5 min walk from the flat)
Yppenplatz in a convivial place where you can spend your afternoon during the summer cause there are a lot of bars. You have also 3 supermarket around and a daily Market (brunnenmarkt).
In the flat you have a big kitchen, a living room, a dish-washing, washing-machine/ drying-machine. Internet is include and the water and electricity. You don't have to spend extra money per month.
My room will be fournished. The difference compare to the pictures is that you will have a desk with a chair instead of the sofa and the table. You have a mattress, wardrobe, shelf, mirror. The good thing of my room in this flat is that you have your private bathroom with a shower and a toilet ( we are only 3 to have this privilege)
