Hello :)
We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy Haus-WG. The house is quite old and charming. It has a big garden with a campfire spot, a wood workshop, a sauna in development, 2 bathrooms and a living room.
Your room is on the second floor with two big windows. One of them is facing south and the other one west, so you'll be getting a lot of sun throughout the day! Also you have a beautiful view on the magnolia tree in the front garden. You'll able to keep the bed in the pictures that was custom-made for the room if you like. There are actually two rooms which belong to you: the bedroom and some sort of Pre-room with really a lot of space in the wall built in closets and shelves that you can use to fit in aIl your stuff. Moritz is your room neighbour and he will also pass the pre-room to get to his room. He has a big desk there which he actually doesn’t mind if you use as well so you can do some kind of co-working there if you like. (Also in case you don’t want a desk in your room to save space) Through his room you’ll also get to the balcony and one of the bathrooms.
The house is in a really quiet area close to the Danube which is perfect in summer to go swimming. The connection to the city is quite good though (it's a 10min bus drive to Floridsdorf UBahn/train station with buses going every 6min). In summer time you can also cycle all the way along the Danube island to the city.
So far we have been sharing groceries. There is a social market close by which is perfect for big shops. Most of us eat vegan or vegetarian so it would be great if you're not eating meat on a daily bases ;) The majority of your future flatmates are close to 30 and we look for someone not too young also (Flinta* preference).
There has also been some movement in the house and you are not the only new person moving in. So it feels a bit like a new start at the moment :)
The earliest move-in date is March 1st. But the flatmate who is leaving the room is relatively flexible with their move-out date. So also a later move in date is possible :)
