Das Zimmer ist bisschen über 11m² groß. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock (Dachgeschoss), es gibt aber einen Lift ;) Weils eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, ist es auch ziemlich hell. Im Bad gibt es Badewanne und Dusche. Außerdem sind Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und auch sonstige Basics in der Küche schon vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbeliert, wie auf den Bildern nur das Zimmer nicht.
Man ist super schnell in der Stadt, mit 40,41,42 ist man z.B. in 20min beim Schottentor und auch die U6 ist nur 10min entfernt. Es gibt aber auch viele Parks in der Nähe.
Ich (Valerie) bin 20, komm aus Wien und studiere Sportwissenschaft. Ich häkel, stricke und nähe gerne aber natürlich mache ich auch gerne Sport.
In der WG ist mir Sauberkeit und Ordnung in dem gemeinsamen Räumen wichtig. Bis jetzt hatten wir einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert, bin aber auch offen für andere Vorschläge. Allgemein ist mir Kommunikation obv sehr wichtig für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben.
Ich möchte keine Zweck-Wg, sondern würde mir wünschen, dass man freundschaftlich zusammenleben kann. Zum Beispiel fände ich gemeinsame Kochabende oder ein gemeinsames Sonntagsbrunch sehr nett.
Am besten wäre es, dass wenn du Interesse hast, du einfach mal vorbeikommst und wir bisschen quatschen können.
Im Preis ist alles inkludiert außer das Internet, das kostet 10€ im Monat.
Das Zimmer ist zwar für ein Jahr erstmal befristet, kann aber dann verlängert werden bzw. wäre das sogar das Ziel.
