Freies Zimmer in 2er WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Khunngasse in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 5. Liftstock. Die 71 Bahn und S-Bahnen (Rennweg) sind innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu erreichen, der O Waagen (Kölblgasse) innerhalb von 4 Minuten, und die 18 (Heinrich Drimmel Platz) in 5 Minuten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten, egal ob Hauptuni, WU oder TU. Ebenso ist die Anbindung zum Flughafen als auch zum Hauptbahnhof ideal.
Billa, Hofer, Dm & Co. sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Schweizer Garten liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist perfekt zum chillen in der Sonne :)

Die letzten drei Jahre habe ich mit Basti in der WG gelebt, da er jetzt aber seinen Abschluss hat, wird es Zeit für was neues, und er zieht ab Mitte September in eine eigene Wohnung.

Ich bin Emily, bin 23, komme aus Deutschland, lebe aber jetzt schon fast seit drei Jahren in Wien. Ich schreibe im kommenden Semester meine Bachelorarbeit in Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaften, daher werde ich auch mehr Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen als üblich. Deswegen ist es mir ein großes Anliegen, dass ich mich gut mit meinem neuen Roomie verstehe.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin sehr Politik und Medien interessiert, und arbeite nebenbei in einer Kommunikationsagentur und verbringe ansonsten Zeit mit meinen Freunden, beim raven oder am chillen an der Donau. Generell bin sehr offen und kommunikativ, meine Tür ist eigentlich immer offen, wobei ich auch ab und an mal meinen Space brauche.
Ich bin nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck WG, und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir uns gut verstehen und ab und zu mal Zeit zusammen beim kochen, feiern, chillen etc. verbringen.
Ich erwarte von meinem neuen Roomie, respektvollen Umgang, Sauberkeit, und Rücksicht. Daher dulde ich auch keine Art von Diskrimierung, Rassismus und/oder Homophobie. Bitte nur liebe Leute! <3

Eine wichtige Info zum Schluss: Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich aktuell auf 40€ pro Monat, das kann jedoch schwanken, wobei es in der Regel zwischen 20-40€ variiert. Die Nebenkosten werden monatlich abgerechnet. Öl, Salz, Zwiebel, Waschmittel, Klopapier, Putzsachen etc. werden zusammen aus der WG Kasse bezahlt.

I’m Emily and I am looking for a new flatmate starting mid-September , for ten months. The apartment is located in the 3rd district, more precisely in the Fasanviertel, near the Rennweg. The room is about 13m2 with parquet floor and large window, it is located next to the open kitchen/living room. Included in the rent is the bed, wardrobe and desk.
In general, the whole apartment is very bright and cozy, and nothing more is missing, so you just have to pack your bags and move in. In addition to the spare room, the apartment consists of a spacious living and dining kitchen, a hallway, a storage room, a separate toilet, as well as our bathroom.

The apartment is located in Khunngasse in an apartment building on the 5th floor of the elevator. The 71 Bahn and S-Bahnen (Rennweg) are within 7 minutes, the O Waagen (Kölblgasse) within 4 minutes, and the 18 (Heinrich Drimmel Platz) within 5 minutes. The location is perfect for students, whether Uni Wien, WU or TU. Likewise, the connection to the airport as well as to the main train station is ideal.
Billa, Hofer, Dm, etc. are all 5 min walking distance. The Swiss Garden is also nearby (5min) and is perfect for spending time in the sun :)

Briefly about me:
I'm Emily and I am 23 years old, I'm from Germany, but I've been living in Vienna for almost three years now. I'm writing my bachelor thesis in journalism and communication sciences in the coming semester, so I'll be spending more time in the apartment than usual. I am very interested in politics and media, and work part-time in a communication agency and otherwise spend time with my friends, raving or chilling on the Danube. In general I am very open and communicative, my door is always open, but I also need my space from time to time.

My flatmate and I have been living together since 3 years, but now that he has his degree, he is moving out. Which is where you come into the story!
Since I will be spending more time this coming semester working on my thesis, I am looking for someone that I can get along well with. I am looking for someone with whom I can occasionally spend time together cooking, partying, chilling, etc..

I would like to have a respectful, clean and considerate environment, which is why honest communication and tolerance is important for me. Therefore, I also do not tolerate any kind of discrimination, racism and / or homophobia.

Additional information:
The service charges are currently 40€ per month, but this can fluctuate, although it usually varies between 20-40€. Utilities are billed monthly. Oil, salt, onion, detergent, toilet paper, cleaning materials, etc. are paid together from the WG cash.
