Hello!
I’m leaving our wg end of September and we’re looking for a new person to take over my room. For now it would only be for one semester with the option of extension (my roommate returns in february and wants to be a part of choosing a long term roommate). Date wise I’m also a bit flexible.
The room is big (20m2), has a lot of sun light and is fully furnished. The flat is in an alt bau building, on the 3rd floor and without an elevator. I have 3 roommates and we share a bathroom & toilet, a kitchen, a living room which is a walk through room and you can also use it for studying, there’s a pull out couch so sometimes friends and family stay there. The kitchen is fully equiped and we have all sorts of appliances.
Location is great, just across the street is U3 metro which will take you to Stephansplatz within 10min, there’s also a tram and a bus (also a night bus which comes in handy on late summer nights).
Around this area there are a lot of shops, Spar, Hofer, Lidl and Billa within 200m, there’s a pharmacy on the ground floor of our building, and you can find cute bars and restaurants. If you feel like going for a walk there are some green spots close by and Schönbrunn Castle is just a 15 min walk away.
You would live with Valentina, Sravya and Stefan. They’re all very welcoming and kind people. We like to chat a bit, have dinner together, but we also get that sometimes it’s nice to wait after a cup of coffee on a sleepy morning.
The rent is 463€ per month and the deposit is 1126€. I’ll probably be gone by end of September so you could move in even earlier if needed.
