Das Haus ist ein Altbau und die Wohnung wurde in den letzten Jahren neu saniert. Es ist eine ostseitige 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit einem großen Vorzimmer, das als gemeinschaftlich Wohn- und Esszimmer genutzt wird. Die ganze Wohnung und das Zimmer sind hell und sehr geräumig. Die hohen Wände lassen sich gut als Stauraum nutzen. Die Küche ist getrennt, das Bad mit Badewanne ist neu.
Das Zimmer (20 m2) schaut in einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Fernblick auf die nebenliegenden Dächer. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einer Kommode, einem kleinen Schreibtisch und einer kleinen Couch mit Couchtisch möbliert. Wenn du dich gerne um Pflanzen kümmerst, ist es dein Traumzimmer ;-)
The house is an old building and the apartment has been renovated in recent years. It is a 3-room apartment, facing east side with a large anteroom that is being used as living and dining room. The whole apartment and the room are bright and very spacious. The kitchen iss separate, the bathroom with a bathtub is new.
The room (20 m2) faces a quiet inner courtyard with a view over the neighboring roofs. It is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a small desk and a small sofa. If you love to take care of plants then it is your dream home ;-)

Coole und moderne Lage in aufstrebendem Bezirk!
In 10 Geh-Minuten ist man bei der U6 Niederhofstraße, bei der U4 Meidlinger Hauptstraße oder in die andere Richtung beim Bahnhof Meidling. In die Stadt kommt man dadurch ziemlich schnell (Westbahnhof oder Karlsplatz 20 Minuten insgesamt). Direkt in der Nebenstraße ist der 9A und der 63A, in jeweils ca. 8 Gehminuten ist man beim 7A oder 8A.
Direkt ums Eck gibt es einen Billa, auf der Meidlinger Hauptstraße gibt es einen Hofer, einen Lidl und am Bahnhof Meidling einen Spar. Auf der Meidlinger Hauptstraße findet man alles, was man braucht und eine Stammbar, das Kosmos, gibt es natürlich auch ;-)
Die Rotenmühlgasse ist eine Einbahnstraße und somit sehr ruhig. Da die Wohnung auf die andere Seite schaut, hat man keinen Autoverkehr oder Ähnliches. Auch die Nachbaren sind sehr ruhig.
In 15 Minuten ist man in Schönbrunn bei der Gloriette und kann super frische Luft tanken! Das Meidlinger Bad ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und in 15 Gehminuten ist man beim U4.
Cool and modern location in an up-and-coming district!
In 10 minutes you are at U6 Niederhofstraße, at U4 Meidlinger Hauptstraße or in the other direction at the Meidling train station. You reach the city pretty quickly (Westbahnhof or Karlsplatz are 20 minutes in total). The 9A bus and the 63A bus are directly in the side street, in about 8 minutes you reach the 7A bus or 8A bus.
There is a grocery store, Billa, just around the corner, more grocery stores are at Meidlinger Hauptstraße (Hofer and Lidl) and at Meidling train station is a Spar. On Meidlinger Hauptstraße you will find everything you need and of course my favourite bar, Kosmos, is also very close ;-)
Rotenmühlgasse is a one-way street and very quiet. Since the apartment faces the other side, there is no car traffic or anything like that. The neighbors are also quiet.
In 15 minutes you are in Schönbrunn at the Gloriette to get some fresh air! Meidlinger Bad is a 10-minute walk away and the U4 is a 15-minute walk away.

Ich bin Adriana und da ich für 2 Monate ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Ich wohne zusammen mit zwei Mädels, Jasmin und Sandra. Die eine wohnt schon länger in Wien, die andere ist erst vor Kurzem eingezogen. Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in, die:der von Mitte April bis Mitte Juni mein Zimmer übernehmen will.
Jasmin und Sandra sind beide berufstätig und haben manchmal ähnliche, manchmal total unterschiedliche Rhythmen. Die Zeit, in der wir uns alle sehen, nutzen wir gerne und haben es nett zusammen. Das heißt, keine Zweck-WG! Uns ist es superwichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, gerne mal auf ein Glas zusammen sitzen und trotzdem den anderen Person ihren Freiraum lassen.

I'm Adriana and since I'm going abroad for 2 months I want to sublet my room in a shared flat. I live with two girls, Jasmin and Sandra. One has lived in Vienna for a long time, the other one just moved in recently. I am looking for a subtenant who wants to take over my room from mid of April till mid of June.
Jasmin and Sandra both work and sometimes have similar, sometimes totally different rhythms. We like to use the time when we see each other and have a nice time together. That means, no purpose-shared flat! It is super important to us that we get along well, like to do something together from time to time and still give the other person their freedom.
If it fits, then it fits ;-) We are looking forward to meeting you!
