Deine tollen Mitbewohnerinnen:
Lara, 23 studiert auf der FH in St.Pölten daher wird sie im Jänner ziemlich busy sein ist aber wenns die Zeit zulässt immer für ein Bier oder Ausflug zu haben.
Paul, 24 zurzeit Barkeeper, schaut gerne mal nen Film oder kocht zusammen und ist (meistens) immer motiviert für einen Bar besuch oder Fortgehn.
Nino, 30 arbeitet in der Boulderbar ist viel unterwegs, klettern oder reist mit seiner Freundin mit dem Van herum, wenn er da ist aber immer motiviert zum gemeinsam chillen.
Wir sind eine sehr gesellige Wg wo viel gemeinsam unternommen wird aber jeder auch sein eigenes Leben hat. Generell wirst du gut in der Wg aufgehoben sein☺️
Your great roommates:
Lara, 23, is studying at the FH St. Pölten, so she will be quite busy in January but is always available for a beer or a trip if time permits.
Paul, 24, currently a bartender, likes to watch a movie or cook together and is (usually) always motivated to go to the bar or go out.
Nino, 30, works in the bouldering bar, travels a lot, climbs or travels around in the van with his girlfriend, but when he's there he's always motivated to chill out together.
We are a very sociable Wg where we do a lot together but everyone also has their own life. In general you will be in good hands in the Wg.☺️
Ich werde für 2 Monate in Thailand sein, bin aber flexibel was das Auszugsdatum betrifft. In der Wg gibt es alles was man so braucht und du darfst auch alles benutzen, meine Kleiderstange werd ich auch freiräumen. Mir wär‘s wichtig irgendeine Absicherung zu haben, z.b. eine Vorrauszahlung der ersten Miete, darüber können wir aber noch gerne quatschen. Freu mich von dir zu hören! :)
I will be in Thailand for 2 months, but I am flexible about the move out date. There is everything you need in the Wg and you can use everything. I will also clear out my clothes rail. It would be important to me to have some kind of insurance, e.g. an advance payment of the first rent, but we can still chat about that. I'm looking forward to hear from you! :)
