ich suche jemanden für ein 23 m2 Zimmer mit einem kleinen 10 m2 Raum. Das Zimmer ist als das "große Zimmer" markiert und ist ein Durchgangszimmer gemäß dem Grundriss. Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Plattformbett; Sie müssen den Rest der Möbel besorgen. Die Fenster öffnen sich direkt zur Fasangasse.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Eingangsbereich (18 m2) und eine Küche mit Essbereich (13 m2). Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt. Alle Möbel im Eingangsbereich, in der Küche und im Zimmer wurden entfernt, außer dem Küchentisch.

I am looking for someone for a 23 m2 room with a 10 m2 small room. The room is marked as the "big room" and is a walk-through room according to the room plan. The room comes with a platform bed; you will need to get the rest of the furnishings. The windows open directly onto the Fasangasse.
The apartment has a large entrance hall (18 m2) and a kitchen with a dining area (13 m2). The bathroom and toilet are separate. All the furniture in the entrance, kitchen, and room has been removed, except for the kitchen table.
Hofer, Bill, DM, Billa sind alle in der Fasangasse und maximal drei Gehminuten entfernt. (Schau einfach auf Google maps)
S Bahn Station Rennweg ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sonst gibt es noch Straßenbahn 71 und die O- Linie.
Der Schweizergarten und das Belvedere sind auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt und super zum Joggen!
Hofer, Bill, DM, Billa are all in Fasangasse and a maximum of three minutes walk away. (Just look at Google maps)
S-Bahn station Rennweg is 5 minutes walk away. Otherwise there are streetcar 71 and the O-line.
The Schweizergarten and the Belvedere are also only 5 minutes away and great for jogging!
Im Moment bin ich, Noomi, die einzige Bewohnerin. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und stamme ursprünglich aus Deutschland, habe aber mein ganzes Leben lang in Wien gewohnt. Mein Freund, Kshitij (28), kommt aus Indien und arbeitet als Skilehrer in Lech Zürs. Er wird im Dezember für die Saison weggehen und im April zurückkehren.
At the moment, I, Noomi, am the only resident. I am 24 years old and originally from Germany, but I have lived in Vienna all my life. My boyfriend, Kshitij (28), is from India and works as a ski instructor in Lech Zürs. He will be leaving for the season in December and will return in April.
