Da ich (Adrian) für ein Auslandssemester nach Canada gehen, vermieten wir hier sein 23 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer für 7 Monate. Es ist hell dank einem sehr großer Fenster und wird vollmöbiliert übergeben. Es liegt direkt angrenzend zur Küche, also hat man keinen allzu weiten Weg für einen Mitternachtssnack ;)
Das Boxspringbett ist sogut neu, da es erst vor ein dem Studium gekauft worden ist. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch direkt neben dem Fenster, sowie ein großer Schrank und Kommode sind ebenfalls neuwertig und maximal vier Jahre alt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Riesen ausklappbare Couch, die perfekt für einen Filmabend oder für Besuch von Freunden dient. Die Miete beträgt 630 € inkl. Wasser, Strom, WLAN etc.
Da ich meine Möbel einen gewissen Wert haben und ich sie in dem gleichen Zustand zurück hätte, würde ich eine doppelte Kaution für diesen Zeitraum verlangen.

Since I (Adrian) am going to Canada for a semester abroad, we are renting out his 23 square meter room for 7 months. It is bright thanks to a very large window and comes fully furnished. It is directly adjacent to the kitchen, so you don't have too far to go for a midnight snack ;)
The box spring bed is brand new, as it was bought only one semester ago. A small desk right next to the window, as well as a large wardrobe and chest of drawers are also as good as new and no more than four years old. There is also a huge fold-out couch, which is perfect for a movie night or for visiting friends. The rent is 630 € incl. water, electricity, WLAN etc.
As my furniture has a certain value and I would like it back in the same condition, I would ask for a double deposit for this period.
Die Lage ist traumhaft zentral. Man ist in einer Minute zu Fuß an der U2 Station Taborstraße. Alternativ ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der U1 Station Nestroyplatz. Auch der Praterstern mit der S-Bahn Anbindung ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Natürlich gibt es auch Bim Linien, die dich in wenigen Minuten fürs Feierabendbier direkt zum Schwedenplatz bringen. Was Einkaufen anbelangt hat man die Qual der Wahl: Sowohl ein Spar, als auch ein Billa sowieso ein Hofer sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man mal einfach nur chillen will, ist der Augarten oder die Prater Allee zu empfehlen, sowie der Donaukanal, nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

The location is fantastically central. The Taborstraße U2 station is just a one-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can walk to the U1 station Nestroyplatz in 5 minutes. The Praterstern with its S-Bahn connection is also less than a 10-minute walk away. Of course, there are also Bim lines that take you directly to Schwedenplatz for an after-work beer in just a few minutes. As far as shopping is concerned, you are spoiled for choice: a Spar, a Billa and a Hofer are all just a two-minute walk away. If you just want to chill out, we recommend the Augarten or the Prater Allee, as well as the Danube Canal, just a stone's throw away.

Wir sind Max (23) und Markus (22) und Aaron (23) und bei uns wird gerade 1 Zimmer frei. Max studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der WU und kommt ursprünglich aus Freiburg. Neben seinem Studium jobbt er in einer Vinothek, kann dich also jederzeit weintechnisch beraten und den besten Spritzer mischen. Markus studiert Wirtschaftsmathematik und komme aus der Nähe von Rosenheim. Meine Tage verbringe ich am liebsten bei den Beachvolleyballfeldern auf der Donauinsel oder auf Raves. Aaron studiert Architektur und schreibt gerade a seiner Bachelorarbeit. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne Fußball spielen und genießt seine freie Zeit ebenfalls gerne im grünen. Was uns drei vereint ist, dass wir unkompliziert sind und es genießen, abends gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer zu chillen und eine Runde Dart zuspielen oder einfach zu quatschen. Am Wochenende werden auch gerne mal Freunde eingeladen und unser Bierpongtisch in Betrieb genommen :)
Absolutes Highlight unserer WG: der Balkon, wo man sich nachmittags super sonnen kann und abends ein Bierchen genießen.

We are Max (23) and Markus (22) and Aaron (23) and we have 1 room available at the moment. Max is studying economics at WU and is originally from Freiburg. In addition to his studies, he works in a wine shop, so he can always give you wine advice and mix the best spritz. Markus is studying
Business Mathematics and come from near Rosenheim. I prefer to spend my days at the beach volleyball courts on Danube Island or at raves. Aaron is studying architecture and is currently writing his bachelor's thesis. In his free time, he likes to play soccer and enjoys spending time with friends. What unites the three of us is that we are uncomplicated and enjoy chilling out together in the living room in the evening, playing a round of darts or just chatting. At the weekend, we also like to invite friends over and put our beer pong table to good use :)
The absolute highlight of our shared flat: the balcony, where you can sunbathe in the afternoon and enjoy a beer in the evening.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde vor dem Einzug mit allen wichtigen Geräten neu ausgestattet. Wenn du denkst, du passt gut in die WG hinein, dann meld dich gerne bei mir und schreib ein paar Zeilen über dich. Anschließend würden wir dich zu einem Treffen einladen, wo wir entspannt miteinander quatschen und du dir die Wohnung anschauen kannst :)
