The location is a small dream – Cafe Jelinek, the cute Wientalterrasse, Disco Volante, darling and many more good small coffees, shops and restaurants are waiting right around the corner. Billa, Bipa, Spar, Hofer are all between 5 and 10 minutes walk from here. You don't have far to Mahü, but you can easily walk through the Gumpendorferstraße.
It is well connected, 57a is virtually right in front of the front door and the U3/U4/U6/5 Bim is also a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. The Westbahnhof is also 15 minutes from here, as you also have great connections and can go shopping on a Sunday (or on the roof from Ikea).

Die Lage ist ein Träumchen – Cafe Jelinek, die cute Wientalterrasse, Disco Volante, Liebling und viele viele weitere gute kleine Kaffees, Shops und Restaurants warten direkt um die Ecke. Billa, Bipa, Spar, Hofer sind allesamt zwischen 5 und 10 Gehminuten von hier. Zur Mahü hast dus auch nicht weit, kannst sie aber gut umgehen durch die Gumpendorferstraße.
Man ist gut angebunden, 57a fährt praktisch direkt vor der Haustüre und die U3/U4/U6/5er Bim sind auch nur maximal 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Westbahnhof ist auch 15 Minuten von hier aus, da hast du auch super Anbindungen und kannst an einem Sonntag einkaufen gehen (oder auf das Dach vom Ikea).

You will live with the two best cohabitants – Manu (30) and Michi (26).

Manu is active in the film, therefore also has a great knowledge of film, like cooking, looking together ZIB2 or Böhmi, or even simply annoying about any topics from politics to food. He likes to collect lenses passionately.

Michi is in marketing and regularly wins table tennis. She reads good books – highly recommended to borrow one! It is also usually for a visit to the museum, theatre, flea market or nem Rave.

Both are super open, sweet and chat/cooking in the kitchen and like to go on joint trips, but they also need their me-time. Cleanliness and open communication are important.

Generally, the house is full of other WGs and young people and is connected by a large house chat. You can ask for milk/egg or look at other WG parties. :

Leben wirst du mit den zwei besten Mitbewohnis – Manu (30) und Michi (26).

Manu ist im Film tätig, hat deshalb auch ein großes Filmwissen, mag Kochen, gemeinsam ZIB2 oder Böhmi schauen oder auch einfach mal nerden über irgendwelche Themen von Politik bis Essen. Er sammelt leidenschaftlich gerne Objektive.

Michi ist im Marketing und gewinnt dort regelmäßig Tischtennis turniere. Sie liest gute Bücher – sehr zu empfehlen mal eins auszuleihen! Sie ist auch sonst immer für ein Besuch im Museum, Theater, Flohmarkt oder nem Rave zu haben.

Beide sind super offen, lieb und quatschen/kochen gern in der Küche und gehen gern auf gemeinsame Ausflüge, sie brauchen aber auch ihre Me-Time. Sauberkeit und eine offene Kommunikation sind wichtig.

Generell ist das Haus voll mit anderen WGs und jungen Menschen und wird durch einen großen Hauschat connected. Da kannst du mal nach Milch/Eier fragen oder aber auch an WG-Parties von anderen hinschauen. :)

The WG life is warm and harmonious, so we would be happy if you feel comfortable with us, communicate openly and want to be part of it.

If you want to move in early/late in June, we can discuss this. : In addition, it is unclear whether the rental contract goes longer than until August, so you can stay longer. But we can do everything.

Das WG Leben ist warm und harmonisch, deshalb würd es uns freuen wenn du dich so auch bei uns wohlfühlst, offen kommunizierst und Teil davon sein willst.
Wir halten auch die WG durch einen Plan sauber – jede Person hat ihre eigenen Aufgaben. Das würden wir dann gemeinsam mit dir besprechen.

Falls ihr früher/später im Juni einziehen wollt können wir das gern besprechen. :) Zudem ist unklar ob der Mietvertrag sogar länger geht als bis August, somit kann es auch sein, dass du länger bleiben kannst. Können wir aber eben dann alles bepsrechen.
