Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer nahe der U6-Bahnhaltestelle Alser Straße. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Schreibtisch, einer Couch, einem Bett und einem großen Schrank, zusätzlich kannst du noch einen Schrank auf dem Flur ganz allein nutzen. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es Echtholzboden. Es sind Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Bettlaken vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Wäschetrockner. In den 500€ ist alles, inklusive Strom, Gas, Wasser und Abwasser sowie W-lan.
Die Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt an den Zimmer. Alle Unis der Stadt sind in max. 30 min zu erreichen, gleichzeitig ist man in 15min an der Donau zum Baden oder in zahlreichen Bars oder Clubs.
Wir sind aktuell 4 Jungs: Alejandro (Student), Jonas (Berufstätig), Sebastian (Dualer Student) und ich (Alex, Student). Unsere WG ist eher eine Zweck WG aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten, wenn es sich jedoch ergibt kochen wir auch gemeinsam. Geputzt wird nach Plan, jeder kann es sich flexibel einteilen über das Wochenende, was auch gut funktioniert.
