Das Einzugsdatum ist etwas flexibel, das Zimmer kann ab mitte dezember oder später gemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, voll möbliert und bis Oktober 2024 verfügbar. Es besitzt ein sehr gemütliches King Size Bett, einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode. Es ist ein Raum mit schönen, großen Flügelfenstern, in eine Gasse ohne Lärm. Die Wohnung hat einen Parkettboden und weiße Wände. Bin für einen längeren Zeitraum im Ausland und Suche daher jemanden für die Zeit. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist echt, echt super. Wir sind Nichtraucherinnen, Studentinnen und würden uns freuen, jemanden geselligen, netten bei uns willkommen zu heißen.

The room is large and bright. It is fully furnished and available for various times. The room has a very comfortable king size bed, a spacious wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers. It is a room with beautiful large casement windows, in a quiet street. The apartment has a parquet floor and white walls. I'm abroad for a longer while and I'm looking for someone for the time. My roommate is really, really great. We are non-smokers, students and would love to welcome someone sociable and nice.

Genial ;) Sie liegt in einer ruhigen und unfassbar schönen, gepflegten Gegend. Sie ist super gelegen, man ist sofort bei U3 Neubaugasse oder Volkstheater und mitten im 7ten, wo es auch viele Busse und Straßenbahnen gibt.

Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Haustiere und biete ein komplett möbliertes, schönes Zimmer zentral im 7ten in Wien an, da ich eine Weile verreise. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und Sauberkeit, sowie gute Harmonie ist uns wirklich wichtig. Würde vorschlagen ein kurzes Zoom-Meeting zu machen um sich weiter kennenzulernen. Hi! I'm looking for someone to rent for a few months, I'm a UBRM student from Vienna and have been living in the apartment for about three years. It is very bright, quiet, large, clean (this is important to us) and cosy. I like to have a few friends there, but the apartment is very badly soundproofed, so noise and big celebrations are bad. There is a separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. My roommate, who studies architectute, has been living with me for some years, we get along great and she's looking forward to meeting you.
