Hallo neue*r Mitbewohner*in,
ich mache für 3 Monate eine Südamerika Reise und suche deswegen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein traumhaft großes, helles Altbauzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im 8. Bezirk, die Bim-Station Florianigasse ist direkt vor der Haustüre, der 13A um die Ecke und auch zur U6 Josefstädter Straße sind es nur 5 Minuten.
Supermarkttechnisch sind Billa, Spar, DM und Bipa gleich um die Ecke, nur zum Hofer muss man leider ein kleines Stück gehen.
Du wirst mit Valerio (26, Neuropsychologie) und Edward (24, Psychologie) zusammen leben und wir sind eine sehr familiäre WG. Mit den Jungs kann man über alles reden, ewig zusammen sitzen, Schach oder Playstation spielen oder sich die Nächte in Bars und Clubs um die Ohren hauen, wenn die Covid-Lage das zu lässt. Es macht jedenfalls sehr viel Spaß.
Zum Finanziellen, wir haben die Miete Quadratmetertechnisch fair aufgeteilt, wobei mein Zimmer auf 570€ monatlich, mit allem drum und dran fällt.
Ich freue mich sehr von dir zu hören und solltest du noch nicht in Wien sein, können wir auch gerne eine Wohnungstour über Skype oder ähnliches machen :)

Hello new roommate,
I am doing an southamerika trip for 3 months and am therefore looking for an interim tenant for my fantastically large, bright room.
The apartment is located in the middle of the 8th district, the Florianigasse bus station is right outside the front door, the 13A around the corner and it's only 5 minutes to the U6 Josefstädter Straße.
Supermarkets are Billa, Spar, DM and Bipa just around the corner, only to Hofer you have to walk a little bit.
You will live with Valerio (26, Neuropsychology) and Edward (25, Psychologie) it is a very familiar and open living together. With the guys you can talk about everything, sit together forever, play chess or Playstation, or spend the nights in bars and clubs, if the Covid situation allows it. In any case, it's a lot of fun.
Financially, we split the rent fairly in terms of square meters, with my room falling to 570€ a month, with all the trimmings.
I'm very happy to hear from you and if you're not in Vienna yet, we can do an apartment tour via Skype or something like that :)
