Ich suche für eine ruhige, ordentliche und zentrale Wohnung ab Mai eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. ( Lang oder Kurzfristig mind. 6 Monate) - die jetzige Mitbewohnerin übersiedelt ins Ausland.
Das Zimmer (13m2) ist sehr hell, ruhig wegen der Einbahnstraße und hat einen französischen Balkon.
Es gibt eine liebe Katze in der Wg, die ihre Zeit 90% in meinem Zimmer verbringt und meistens schläft :). Sie lässt sich auch gerne nach Eingewöhnung streicheln.
Das Zimmer ist im Moment teilweise möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 55m2 groß und besteht aus einem Vorraum, zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern wovon eines dann deins wäre, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, und ein separates WC.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine , Staubsauger, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. sind vorhanden. Eigentlich alles was man in einer Wohnung braucht. Die Nebenkosten betragen derzeit ca. 60€ ( Internet, Versicherung, Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung).
Kaution beträgt € 1000,- - fixe Miete 460€

I am looking for a new roommate for a quiet, tidy and central apartment. (Long or short term at least 6 months) - my roommate moves abroad.
The room (13m2) is very bright, quiet because of Einbahnstraße separately accessible and has a French balcony.
The courtyard is very green and ideal for the summer.
There is a lovely cat in the flat. She spends most of her time 90% in my room :) She also likes to be petted after aclimatisation.
The room is partially furnished at the moment. ( bed, chair, desk, wardrobe ) you can also buy the couch from previous roommate , if you wish :).
The apartment is approx. 55m² in total and consists of an anteroom, two separately accessible rooms, one of which would be yours, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, etc. are available. Basically everything you need in an apartment. Other monthly costs are around € 60 at the Moment ( internet, electricity, hot water, heating) - fix payment 460€ / month
Deposit is € 1000,-

Ich bin 27, studiere berufsbegleitend an der FH und meine Freizeit verbringe ich mit meinen Freunden, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Bücher, Ernährung , Tierwelt, Umwelt , natürlich aber auch Netflix etc :).
Ich lebe seit einigen Jahren vegan und deshalb möchte ich die Wg wenigstens fleischlos halten.
Ich habe bereits mehrjährige Wg- Erfahrung. Deshalb finde ich es sehr wichtig, dass wir der Reihe nach 1x/Woche putzen. Alle zwei Wochen wäre einer von uns somit dran. :)
Wir müssen auch nicht die engsten Freunde sein aber aneinander vorbei wohnen ist auch nicht optimal. Vielleicht können wir eine Mitte finden ? :).
PS: Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys geeignet.

I'm 27 and studying at FH and do also work meanwhile.
I enjoy spending time with my friends, personal development, books, nutrition, wildlife, environment, but of course also Netflix :).
I've been vegan for a few years and that's why I'd like to keep the apartment at least meatless.
I already have 5 years Wg experience. That's why I think that it’s important to keep the flat clean as possible.
We don't have to be the closest of friends , but living only next to each other isn't also ideal either. Maybe we can find the middle ? :).
PS: The apartment is not suitable for parties.
