Eckdaten: ca 9 qm Altbau Zimmer in einer 3-er WG, teilmöbliert, Richtung ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten auch Strom, Gas, Haushaltsversicherung und Internet.
Lage: 3 Gehminuten zu den Straßenbahn-Linien 1, 62 und Badner Bahn. In vier Stationen erreicht man damit den Karlsplatz (U1, U4) und die TU, die 1er Bim fährt direkt zur Uni Wien. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Hofer, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke, etc. sind in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar.
WG-Leben: Wir sind ...
...Mariella arbeitet als Radiologietechnologin und geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne bouldern oder in Cafés. Am Wochenende findet sie Bars auch ganz super. Ihre Zimmertür lässt sie gern offen, passend zu ihrer aufgeschlossenen und neugierigen Art.
...Sessi ist Veterinärmedizin Studentin und in ihrem letzten Studienjahr. Zu ihren Lieblingsbeschäftigungen zählen Yoga, Kreatives Arbeiten, Kochen, Klavier spielen, mit Freund:innen etwas unternehmen und auf Flohmärkten das beste Heraussuchen.
Ein paar Dinge sind uns besonders wichtig: Sauberkeit (bisher funktioniert's ohne Putzplan), nicht in der Wohnung oder im Zimmer rauchen, und gegenseitiges Verständnis. Wir zwei sind recht unkomplizierte und direkte Menschen, daher sollte offene, ehrliche Kommunikation für dich selbstverständlich sein. Tabu Themen gibt's bei uns praktisch nicht ;). Bezüglich WG Partys sind wir lieber Gäste als Veranstalterinnen. Ansonsten schauen wir gern auf Nachhaltigkeit und bewussten Konsum. Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie und jegliche Form der Diskriminierung haben bei uns keinen Platz.

Looking for a long-term tenant.
Room: 9 qm, partly furnished, facing the quiet yard.
Location: the tram lines 1, 62 and Badner Bahn are 3min away, taking you to Karlsplatz, TU, Uni Wien and metro lines U1 and U4. Hauptbahnhof (= main train station) is 15min by foot. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc. are within a few minutes walking distance.
WG life: You will share the apartment with ...
...Mariella has a job as radiographer. In her leisure time she likes to boulder, spend time in cafes or (on weekends) exploring the bars of Vienna.
...Sessi studies Veterinary medicine and is currently in her last year. Her fav activities are yoga, cooking, creative working, playing the piano, spending time with friends or attending flea markets.
A few things are particularly important to us: cleanliness (so far it's worked without a cleaning schedule), no smoking indoor, and mutual understanding. We are quite uncomplicated and direct people, so open and honest communication should be natural for you. There are basically no taboo topics with us ;)
FYI, sexism, racism, homophobia and any form of discrimination are not tolerated in our apartment.
