In dieser schönen, hellen 110m2 großen Altbau Wohnung wird ab Anfang August ein WG-Zimmer frei - auf den Bildern mit Hängematte und gelber Wandfarbe:
Es misst sehr geräumige 29 m2 und ist mit zwei hohen Doppelfenstern in den großen, hellen Innenhof gerichtet.
Das Zimmer ist größtenteils schon möbliert - was du übernehmen willst und was nicht ist natürlich dir überlassen.
Zur Verfügung stehen: zwei große Schränke (einer als Sondereinbau um die sehr hohen Wände zu nutzen), eine Hängematte, ein Schreibtisch und ein 160x200cm großes Bett, das der Vorgänger erst vor ein paar Monaten besorgt hat.
Die Wandfarbe kann natürlich geändert werden.
Wichtig: Das anliegende Zimmer (hier wohnt Nojus) ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das man passieren muss um zum Eingang, Küche und Bad zu kommen. Da wir durch Kästen eine Sichtbarriere zum ungestörten Durchgehen errichtet haben, hat die Raumaufteilung seit wir die WG vor 6 Monaten gegründet haben soweit problemlos funktioniert! Optimal ist es dafür natürlich auch, wenn sich die Beteiligten einfach gut verstehen :).

It Measures a very spacious 29 m² and has two high double windows facing the large bright inner courtyard.
Regarding furniture- there are currently several items of furniture in the room. Which ones, if any, you want to keep is up to you!
As of now there is a built-in wardrobe, that uses the ample height of the room, a Hammock and a couch. There's also a 160x200 bed that the previous flatmate bought just 6 months ago.
The neighbouring room, where Nojus lives, is a walkthrough room. We’ve constructed a sort of sight-barrier with large cupboards, to make for a smooth passing. It has worked great since we founded the WG 6 months ago. Of course, it's best if the two roomneighbours get along well.
Das Apartment liegt im vierten Stock mit Lift eines klassischen Wiener Altbaus und ist mit den typischen 3,50m hohen Wänden und Parkettboden ausgestattet. Da alle Fenster der Wohnung nur in Innenhöfe und nicht auf die Straße gehen, ist die Lage wirklich sehr ruhig. In dem Gebäude sind sonst viele Firmen ansässig, deshalb ist das Zusammenleben mit den Nachbarn auch sehr unproblematisch.
Die Lage im 1. Bezirk ist ziemlich genial. Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, Stubentor und Stadtpark können in unter 8 Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden, womit man an die U1, U3, U4 sowie diverse Straßenbahnen am Ring angebunden ist. Auch der Bahnhof Wien Mitte ist keine 15 Minuten weit weg.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der zentralen Lage ist, dass der nächstgelegene Supermarkt (Billa Hernhuterhaus, 4min) auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen bis 20:00 offen hat.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building of classical Viennese architecture (with elevator) and is equipped with the typical 3.50m high walls and parquet floors. Since all windows of the apartment face inner courtyards only and not the street, the location is really very quiet. There are mainly companies in the building, so living together with the neighbors is also very unproblematic.
The location in the 1st district is brilliant. Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, Stubentor and Stadtpark can be reached in under 8 minutes by foot, which connects you to the U1, U3, U4 and various trams on the Ring. The Wien Mitte train station is also less than 15 minutes away.
Another advantage of the central location is that the nearest supermarket (Billa Hernhuterhaus, 4min) is open until 20:00 even on Sundays and holidays.
Hallo, Ich heiße Leon, bin 21 Jahre alt, studiere Mathematik und bin recht outgoing. Jetzt im Sommer bin ich häufig mit Freunden an der alten Donau schwimmen oder Basketball spielen. Ich würde sagen, dass ich generell schnell mit den meisten Leuten auskomme und eher unkompliziert bin. Genauso auch was unsere WG betrifft - es passt für mich gut, wenn jemand eher zurückgezogen lebt, genauso freuts mich aber, wenn sich ein geselligeres miteinander ergibt. Wir schauen einfach, wie es sich für alle am besten ergibt!
Hallo hallo, heiße Nojus und bin 20 Jahre alt. Komme ursprünglich aus Litauen, habe acht Jahre in Deutschland verbracht und bin jetzt in Wien angekommen um einen Architekturstudium anzufangen. Verbringe meine Freizeit entweder am Basketballplatz, in irgendwelchen Bars oder im Lesesaal vom MAK. Bin ziemlich wenig zuhause aber bin immer dabei irgendwas zu veranstalten. Bless up 🙏🏼

Hi, my name is Leon, I'm 21 years old, I study mathematics and I'm pretty outgoing. In summer I often go swimming at the old danube or play basketball with friends. I’d say that I generally get along quickly with most people and am rather uncomplicated. I don't have any concrete requirements or fixed ideas about our everyday life. It suits me well if someone lives rather secluded - but I'm just as happy if a more sociable relationship arises. We‘ll just see how it turns out best for everyone!

Wir suchen derzeit nur für den August. Ausserdem wird Nojus fast für den ganzen August weg sein. Also hast du quasi die halbe Wohnung für dich und das durchgehen wird auch kein Thema sein. Auch, wenn ihr nur für gewisse August Wochen ein Zimmer braucht, schreibt uns einfach! :)

We are currently only looking for a flatmate in August. Nojus will also be gone for nearly the entirety of August, so you will basically have more than half of the flat for yourself. If you only need the room for certain weeks in August just send us a message anyway! :)
