Vermietet wird ein circa 12 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer für den September. Praktischerweise kommen nochmal circa 2qm begehbarer Kleiderschrank dazu. Das Zimmer kommt mit allem circa auf 350€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug!
Das Zimmer zeigt Richtung Norden, ist aber dank der großen Fenster trotzdem recht hell. Großes Plus ist, dass die Fenster in den begrünten Innenhof gehen, daher angenehm ruhig und in den Sommermonaten wirst du nachts bei offenem Fenster nur die Grillen zirpen hören :)
Deine Mitbewohner wären Ali, Johannes und Krystian, alle so Mitte/Ende Zwanzig. Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich prinzipiell nett und unkompliziert, im Sommer ist bei uns aber gerade ein bisschen Umbruch- und Urlaubsstiummung in der Luft, sodass es sein könnte, dass ihr euch evtl gar nicht so viel seht.
Die Lage ist super. Die S-Bahn-Station Quartier Belvedere ist 3min zu Fuß entfernt und auch zum Hauptbahnhof geht man unter 10min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man natürlich noch schneller überall.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und kleiner Kommode möbliert. Für dein Gewand ist im begehbaren Kleiderschrank genug Platz.

The room faces north but is still quite light due to the big windows. Plus it faces the courtyard and is therefore very quite.
Your roommates Ali, Johannes und Krystian, are all in their late twenties. Living together is quite easy-going. We stick to a cleaning plan (every two weeks) and share the common stuff. There is a kitchen, which isn't huge but spacious enough for sitting and enjoying a beer together.
Public transport (both Quartier Belvedere and the Central Station) are only a couple of minutes walking away.
