Hallo :)
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem*r Mitbewohner*in für meine Wohnung im 18. Bezirk von Anfang März bis Ende Juni (1. März bis 31. Juni). Das Wohnhaus liegt in 2. Reihe von der Straße und die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig.
Zimmer
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Ausblick von den Zimmern und der große Balkon.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer wird noch mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode und einem Garderobenständer möbliert und ist mit 22m² ziemlich geräumig und durch die Südwestausrichtung sehr hell.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei gleich großen Zimmern, Bad mit Waschmaschine, extra WC, Vorraum und Küche mit Sitzbereich. Alle Räume sind vom Vorraum aus begehbar. Die Küche ist relativ neu und hat viel Stauraum und moderne Geräte, der Hit ist der große Kühl-Gefrierschrank (viel Platz für Bier). Und manchmal kann man vom Küchenfenster aus auch Eichhörnchen sehen :D
Geschirr, Gläser, Pfannen usw. sind vorhanden, die du natürlich mitbenutzen oder ergänzen kannst.
Alles in allem kostet das Zimmer 400€.

I’m looking for a flatmate for my aparment in the 18th district from the beginning of march until the end of june (March 1st to June 31st). The apartment building is relatively quiet, because there’s no street directly in front of it.
The flat’s highlight is definitely the view from the room and the big balcony, whiere I’m planning to do a bit of gardening.
Your future room will be furnished, with a bed, a dresser, a desk and a coat rack. It has 22sqm and is therfore quite spacious and also quite bright.
The apartment has two equally big rooms, a bathroom, a seperate toilet, and a kitchen with a small dinette. All rooms are seperatly accessible. The kitchen is quite new with a lot a of storage space and newly equipped, espacially the fridge has a lot of space for beer etc. And sometimes you can see squirrels from the kitchen window :D
Overall, the room costs 400€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 18. Bezirk, in der Gersthofer Straße. Der Türkenschanzpark ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, die Boku ca. 15 min.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 41 ist direkt vor der Haustüre, du bist in 18 min am Schottentor, in 14 min bei der Haltestelle Sensengasse (altes AKH).
Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Gersthof mit Linien 9, 40, 41, 10A und S45 ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Spar ist 3 min entfernt, weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Drogeriemärkte gibt es in der Nähe.
The apartment is in the 18th district, in Gersthofer Straße. Türkenschanzpark is only a 5min footwalk away and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (Boku) about 15min.
The tram line 41 is right in front of the apartment building, it just takes you abou 18min to Schottentor and only 14min to Sensengasse (altes AKH- Campus).
The S-Bahn station Gersthof is just an 8min footwalk away, where you’ve a access to lines 9, 40, 41, 10A and S45. The nearest grocery is 3min away and there are also drugstores nearby.
Du wirst mit mir, Moritz, 25, zusammenwohnen. Ich studiere zurzeit Slawistik an der Hauptuni.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne Fußball spielen oder probiere alle möglichen Racketsportarten (Tennis, Squash, Padel) aus. Gerne koche ich auch und probiere mich im Perfektionieren von Pizza :)
Da ich selbst Student bin, bin ich auf der Suche nach jemanden, der bzw. die auch studiert und einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus wie ich hat, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist.
Ich bin kein großer Partytiger, bin aber sehr gesellig und sitze gerne zusammen bei einem Bier oder beim gemeinsamen Essen und um zu plaudern.

You’re going to live with me, Moritz, 25, in the apartment. I’m currently studying Slavic studies at the University of Vienna.
In my free time i like to play football or try out all kinds of racket-related sports (tennis, squash, padel). I also enjoy cooking and try to make the perfect pizza :)
As I am a student myself, I am looking for someone who is also studying and has a similar daily rhythm as I have, due to the flat being quite badly soundproofed.
I'm not a big party animal, but I'm very sociable and enjoy sitting together for a beer or a meal and chatting.
