ich, Pauliine (22), bin auf der suche für eine Untermieter*in für zwei Wochen (flexibel) für mein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Venediger Au Park.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen wären Frida (23), Julian (31) und Luca (30). Sie studieren alle noch, Luca und Julian bildende Kunst und Frida Biologie. Sie gehen gerne auf Ausstellungen und Konzerte oder Abends aus.
Eine gute, freundliche und offene Atmosphäre daheim ist uns ebenso wichtig wie die Möglichkeit, sich zurück ins Zimmer ziehen zu können und Ruhe zu haben. Die Küche ist der gemeinsame Treffpunkt, den wir deswegen ordentlich und sauber halten. Es gibt außerdem eine große Dusche im Bad, zwei Toiletten und der Vorgarten des Hauses kann genutzt werden, v.a. im Sommer ist der zum frühstücken oder lesen super geeignet.
Die Lage der WG ist spitze. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man die Donauinsel, den Prater, einen Billa mit langen Öffnungszeiten am Praterstern auch am Sonntag, außerdem hat das Zimmer einen Ausblick auf den Venediger-Au-Park. Morgens sieht man vom Bett aus Bäume und Abends hat man Sonne.

Hello
I, Pauliine (22), am subletting my room with a view on the Venediger Au park for two weeks (flexible).
Your flatmates will be Luca (30), Frida (23), Julian (31). They are all still studying, Luca fine arts and Frida biology. They like to go to exhibitions and concerts or go out in the evenings.
A good, friendly and open atmosphere at home is us just as important as being able to retreat to your room and have some peace and quiet. The kitchen is the common meeting place which we keep tidy and clean. There is also a large shower in the bathroom, two toilets and the front garden of the house can be used, especially in the summer it is great for breakfast or reading.
The location of the WG is great. In the immediate vicinity you can find the Donauinsel, the Prater, a Billa with long opening hours at the Praterstern even on Sundays, in addition, the room has a view of the Venediger-Au-Park. In the morning you can see trees from the bed and in the evening you have sun.
