Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mich, da ich aus dem Studentenwohnheim ausziehe. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber man kann es sich gemütlich machen. Bad und WC teilt man mit einer anderen weiblichen Person. Gemeinschaftsküche ist auf dem Flur, sehr nah am Zimmer (10 Schritte).
DAS WOHNHEIM IST EIN INTERNATIONALES WOHNHEIM. Man trifft also auf alle möglichen Nationalitäten, allein auf unserem Flur sind es geschätzt 10 verschiedene. Es ist ein lustiges Beisammensein, ab und zu gibt es auch Flurparties. Außerdem sind alle extrem hilfsbereit und häufiger wird auch gratis Essen in die Küche gestellt ;).
Du solltest, um ins Schema zu passen, BESTENFALLS aus einem anderen Land als Österreich kommen, allerdings haben wir auch einige aus Vorarlberg oder Oberösterreich.

I am looking for a new tenant for me, because I am moving out of the dormitory. The room is small, but you can make it comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are shared with another female person. Shared kitchen is in the hallway, very close to the room (10 steps).
THE RESIDENTIAL HOME IS AN INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL HOME, so you meet all kinds of nationalities, in our hallway alone there are estimated 10 different ones. It's a fun get-together, every now and then there are hallway parties. In addition, everyone is extremely helpful and often free food is provided by other students in the kitchen ;).
You should, in order to fit into the scheme, BEST CASE come from a country other than Austria, however, we also have some from Vorarlberg or Upper Austria.
Das Wohnheim liegt wirklich in der besten Lage EVER. Aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt auf die Votivkirche.
The dormitory is located VERY central. The votiv church is right outside the window.

Bad/WC teilst du dir mit einer anderen Frau (die auch wechseln kann), die Küche mit circa 15 anderen Leuten. Die Waschküche mit zwei Trocknern und zwei Waschmaschinen (Steckkartensystem) mit den circa 80 restlichen Menschen des Wohnheims (was überraschend clean funktioniert).
Bathroom/toilet you share with another woman (who can also change), the kitchen with about 15 other people. The laundry room with two dryers and two washing machines (plug-in card system) with the approximately 80 other people of the dormitory (which works surprisingly clean).
