Hi everyone! My name is Tuti, I’m going to be moving out my room, which will be able to rent from April :)
I’ll tell you a little bit about the room, the location of the flat, and the other flatmates!
The room is a wide 30m2 room, with a high ceiling, 10 windows and a tilled wooden floor, the classic altbau aesthetic. It is also a corner room that has a view onto Burggasse. The windows let in a lot of light and would be perfect for the summer. The room is also furnished.
The room is tucked away in the corner of the flat, next to Luka, with whom I share a corridor with.
We are located in the 7th district, on Burggasse. We are closer to the Gürtel than the inner ring, but the transport links make it such that this is not a problem (we are close to the U6, have multiple trams less than 5 minutes walk away as well as buses).
(For students) It takes around 20 minutes to reach Uni Wien, 30 minutes to reach TU and a similar amount of time to reach WU.
Our nearest Spar is 20m away, Hoffer is a street away and we have two Billas within 100m radius of us.
We are near many cafes, bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk from the busy Neubaugasse, a 10 minute walk from Mariahilfer and 10 minutes to Westbahnhof.
Rest assured we are very well connected to transport and utilities.
In the flat there are 3 others, Luka, Daniel and Myself. Daniel(33) has a full time job, when he’s not working he enjoys yoga and being with his friends. Luka(21) studies Philosophy, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games and chilling with his Girlfriend. Arun (20) also studies philosophy, he enjoys playing football, listening to music and exploring Vienna!
In our free time we chill sometimes, drink coffee, beers or just hang out. We like to share in the flat, this includes food, pans and even small expenses! We are looking for someone with motivation to have fun and live well!
Both Daniel and Luka smoke in their rooms as well as the kitchen. Arun’s room is non smoking.
