The room is almost two! It has a large “front space” with a window where you can already accommodate a lot. Then there is also the smaller rear room, which offers enough space for a bed, for example, and is very cozy with three narrow windows aucj. Both parts go to the back of the courtyard and are therefore quiet.
The room is actually handed over unmatched, but the current resident wants to leave the wardrobe and a lamp there.
There are also en bathrooms in the apartment (with bathtub!), a kitchen and a hallway. We also have a washing machine and a dryer and in the farm is also a bicycle cellar.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and the house also has a small elevator.
Das Zimmer sind sogar fast zwei! Es hat einen großen „Vorraum“ mit einem Fenster, in dem man schon viel unterbringen kann. Dann gibt es aber auch noch den kleineren hinteren Raum, der genug Platz zum Beispiel für ein Bett bietet und mit drei schmalen Fenstern aucj sehr gemütlich ist. Beide Teile gehen nach hinten in den Innenhof raus und sind dadurch rechr ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird eigentlich unmöbeliert übergeben, aber die jetztige Bewohnerin möchte gerne den Kleiderschrank und eine Lampe da lassen.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung natürlich noch en Badezimmer (mit Badewanne!), eine Küche und einen Flur. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner haben wir auch und im Hof ist auch ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock und das Haus hat auch einen kleinen Aufzug.
The apartment is located in the beautiful poet quarter. The neighborhood is quite quiet and really cozy, but still super central. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the main railway station and also to the city center it is not far. In addition, everything you need in the vicinity, from Kisok to the baker next door to divorced supermarkets in good walking distance. And there are also some bus stops nearby.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Dichterviertel. Das Viertel ist ziemlich ruhig und wirklich sehr gemütlich, aber trotzdem super zentral. In unter 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Außerdem ist alles was man braucht in der Nähe, vom Kisok gegenüber und dem Bäcker nebenan bis zu verscheidenen Supermärkten in guter Gehenrfernung. Und Bushaltestelen gibt es auch ein paar in der Nähe.
Right now, I live together with Oriana and Niklas. Since the two are moving out shortly after one another and I don't live here for so long, we can still make a lot of WG life.

I'm Rachel, 29, and I've been working here in Wiesbaden for a couple months. Actually, I come from the Ruhr area and have lived and studied for the last few years. During the day, I'm in the office, but for a few weeks I've been going to ballet again a week. Otherwise I actually play cello, but did not find a suitable orchestra in the area yet, would like to go a bit bouldering again, crochet and am volunteer at an exchange funda.
In the WG I would like to make a game or movie evening again and again, just sit together, or even explore Wiesbaden together. Sometimes I need an evening for me.
Im Moment wohne ich hier mir Oriana und Niklas zusammen. Da die beiden jetzt kurz nacheinander ausziehen und ich auch noch nicht soo lange hier wohne, können wir noch sehr viel vom WG-Leben selber gestalten.
(Hier geht es im Orianas Zimmer, Niklas Zimmer wird aber nur einen Monat später frei!)
Vielleicht stelle ich mich also mal vor :)
Ich bin Rachel, 29, und arbeite seit ein paat Monaten hier in Wiesbaden. Eigentlich komme ich aus dem Ruhrgebiet und habe da auch die letzten Jahre gelebt und studiert. Tagsüber bin ich viel im Büro, aber seit ein paar Wochen gehe ich auch wieder einmal die Woche zum Ballett. Ansonsten spiele ich eigentlich Cello, hab aber noch kein passendes Orchester in der Gegend gefunden, würde gerne mal wieder ein bisschen bouldern gehen, häkele gerne und bin Ehrenamtliche bei einer Austauschorga.
In der WG würde ich gerne wieder ab und zu einen Spiele- oder Filmabend machen, einfach gemütlich beisammen sitzen, oder auch mal zusammen Wiesbaden erkunden. Manchmal brauche ich aber auch einen Abend für mich.
The additional costs are still a bit of an estimate, because we need to make some contracts new. It should not be more than 90€, but rather less. We need to talk more about the discount, but it should not be more than €100.
If you can imagine moving in here, just write a message, just imagine and say when you have a Ziet for a visit. And as a small question of control, you can answer what your favorite game is! (My is probably Bohnanza, or Canasta, or maybe Hitster? Not so easy :D)
Die Nebenkosten sind noch ein bisschen eine Schätzung, weil wir einige Verträge neu machen müssen. Es sollte aber nicht mehr als die 90€ werden, sondern eher etwas weniger. Über den Abschlag müssen wir nochmal genauer sprechen, aber auch der sollte nicht mehr als 100€ werden.
Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst hier einzuziehen, dann schreib gerne einfach eine Nachricht, stelle dich kurz vor und sag auch gerne, wann du für eine Besichtigung Ziet hast. Und als kleine Kontrollfrage kannst du mir noch beantworten, was dein Lieblingsspiel ist! (Meins ist vermutlich Bohnanza, oder Canasta, oder vielleicht doch Hitster? Gar nicht so einfach :D)
