Ich suche AB SOFORT (ab April) einen/ eine NachmieterIn in einem Studentenwohnheim (Studenten,Gaststudenten usw.)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß in einer 4er WG mit 2 Badzimmern und einer gemeinsamen Küche. Es ist möbiliert (Schreibtisch,Bett,Schrank,Tischlampe und noch andere Sachen, die für das Wohnheim nicht gehört.)
Dort gab es WLAN und noch einen TV-Kabelanschluss. Im Keller stehen die Waschmachinen und Trockner gegen Entgelt wie jede andere Studentenwohnheim. Es gibt noch die Parkmöglichkeit, falls jemand ein Auto hat.
I'm looking from NOW (from April) for a next tenant for a room in a dorm in Wiesbaden. The Room is 14 m², furnished including a bed,writing table, cabinet. It has a high ceiling just like other old houses.
There is a WIFI connection and TV-cable connection.
Mit den Buslinien (23 und 24) kann man in ca. 15 min. in der Stadtmitte und 20 min. am Hauptbahnhof sein.
Die FH Wiesbaden und Wiesbaden Business School ist auf dem Weg und binnen 20 min. sollte man dort sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig in der Dotzheim-Mitte: Rewe, Netto und Lidl ist 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Lage bietet einen wuderschönen Ausblick in Rheingau und nach Mainz. Und mit grünen Feldern umgebend das Wohnheim kann man dort entspannen.
With the Buslines 23 and 24 you can be in the Center of Wiesbaden within 15 min. The main central station within 20 min.It takes 20 min. to The Hochschule RheinMain und Wiesbaden Business School.
In the town there is many shopping opportunities like: REWE, Netto and Lidl.
Die Mitbewohner zurzeit sind Roland, Student in Hochschule RheinMain und Joe, ist auch ein Student,aber ich weiß nicht in welcher Fachrichtung. Das dritte Zimmer ist noch frei. Es ist schon eine perfekte Stimmung für Studenten in Ruhe zu lernen. Die Küche ist groß genug, ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben oder einfach reden mit einer Tasse Tee ;).
Each section includes 4 rooms with a shared Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms.Your future neighbours will be Roland, a student,who is studying in Hoschule RheinMain and the other guy called Joe, he also studies.
The place ist perfect for students to learn in a calm atmosphare.
