da meine Wohnung zu groß für mich alleine ist und ich selten zuhause bin, suche ich dich!
Ich bin 47 Jahre alt, berufstätig und lebe in einer Fernbeziehung. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens unterwegs, dann hast du die Wohnung ganz für dich alleine.
Du bist weiblich, älter als 35, berufstätig und ruhig? Du willst in einer großen Wohnung leben, hast aber keine Lust auf hohe Mieten? Herzlich Willkommen!
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden, je nach Bedarf.
Die Wohnung liegt in Wiesbaden im Rheingauviertel. Supermarkt, Café, Arzt, Bushaltestelle: alles um die Ecke. Parkplätze stehen auf der Straße zur Verfügung, einen zu ergattern kann allerdings zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten herausfordernd sein.
Ein echtes WG-Leben findest du hier eher nicht, da ich selten zuhause bin, wenn du viel Ruhe brauchst, bist du hier also genau richtig.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Balkone freuen sich auf Benutzung.
