Unter umständen könnten wir auch über möblierte befristete Miete sprechen.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Der Balkon ist also primär dein Balkon, nach Absprache würden wir vielleicht den Balkon zusammen nutzen, das muss aber nicht sein.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer die alle durch Flügeltüren verbunden sind. Rücksicht auf die Mitbewohnis ist also wichtig.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Seerobenstrasse quasi genau am Sedanplatz in Wiesbaden. Hier gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten und den Bus, der in 10min zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.
Wenn Du denkst, dass Du gut mit uns zusammenleben kannst, schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht. Wir melden uns schnellstmöglich.
WG-Leben:
Svenja und Tami sind beide in den 30ern und berufstätig. Unser WG-Leben ist daher gerade unter der Woche sehr ruhig. Wir würden uns jemand mit einem ähnlichen Rhythmus wünschen (tagsüber berufstätig oder fortgeschrittenes Studium/Ausbildung).
Wir unternehmen ab und an etwas aber machen auch viel unser eigenes Ding.
Svenja ist in den letzten Zügen ihres Lehramtsstudiums und arbeitet an der Schule. Tami promoviert in Geografie und arbeitet viel aus dem Homeoffice.
Um das Sauberhalten der Wohnung kümmern wir uns gemeinsam.
Du solltest Interesse am gemeinsamen Zusammenleben haben, aber vielleicht in der WG keine "Ersatz-Familie" suchen.

Living in a shared flat:
Svenja and Tami are both in their 30s and work. Our shared flat is therefore very quiet, especially during the week. We would like someone with a similar rhythm (working during the day or advanced studies/training).
We do something from time to time together but also do our own thing a lot.
Svenja is in the final stages of her teaching degree and works at school. Tami is doing a PhD in geography and works from home a lot.
We take care of keeping the apartment clean together.
You should be interested in living together, but perhaps not be looking for a " family substitute" in the shared flat.
Room and apartment:
The room costs 470 euros warm with internet. Unfurnished. Available from 1.5 or 1.6.
We could possibly also talk about furnished temporary rent.
Your room is approx. 20m2 and has a small balcony. The balcony is therefore primarily your balcony - by arrangement we could perhaps use the balcony together, but this does not have to be the case.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms which are all connected by double doors. Consideration for the roommates is therefore important.

The apartment is located in Seerobenstrasse, almost exactly on Sedanplatz in Wiesbaden. There are plenty of places to eat and a bus that takes you to the main train station in 10 minutes.
