The room is located in a friendly 3rd-WG in Wiesbaden-Mitte. The room is about 18 sqm and has a large window. In the apartment there is a communal bathroom and a kitchen. Although it is an old building, the equipment is very new. The entire apartment has high ceilings.
You'll share the apartment with Carina and Dorian.
Carina (21) has been studying International Management at HSRM since October 2024. In her spare time she reads very much and meets with friends on a coffee or walks. She likes to do sports and goes to the gym regularly.
Dorian (26) has been living in the WG for 3 years and works in Frankfurt, but is usually at home office or often drives to home. This year, he will probably take off the WG. In his spare time he likes to cook and regularly goes to the gym.
Wanted is a student with WG experience.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer freundlichen 3er-WG in Wiesbaden-Mitte. Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster. In der Wohnung gibt es ein gemeinschaftliches Bad sowie eine Küche. Obwohl es eine Altbauwohnung ist, ist die Ausstattung sehr neu. Die gesamte Wohnung hat hohe Decken.
Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit Carina und Dorian teilen.
Carina (21) studiert seit Oktober 2024 „International Management“ an der HSRM. In ihrer Freizeit liest sie sehr gerne und trifft sich mit Freunden auf einen Kaffee oder geht spazieren. Sie macht gerne Sport und geht regelmässig ins Fitnessstudio.
Dorian (26) lebt seit 3 Jahren in der WG und arbeitet in Frankfurt, ist aber meistens im Homeoffice oder fährt öfter mal in die Heimat. Voraussichtlich wird er auch noch dieses Jahr aus der WG ausziehen. In seiner Freizeit kocht er sehr gerne und geht auch regelmässig ins Fitnessstudio.
Gesucht ist ein/e Student/in mit WG-Erfahrung.
Since the apartment is very central, you can actually reach everything in the city centre on foot. The main railway station is 10min walking distance and the shopping street is less than 5min. There is a rewe right under the dressing, as well as many restaurants & food spots. The apartment is located in a quite busy street.
Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, kann man eigentlich alles in der Stadtmitte zu Fuß erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10min Laufweg entfernt und die Einkaufsstraße weniger als 5min. Es gibt einen Rewe direkt unter der Wohung, sowie viele Restaurants & Food-Spots. Das Apartment liegt in einer recht belebten Straße.
I would leave the room equipped with furniture if needed. This is the wooden cabinet wall, the glass writing table, the couch (also extendable as a bed).
The cold rental is 440€ and the rental deposit is 880€ (2 monthly rentals). In addition, about 87€ is to be expected for internet and energy.
The room is available from the beginning/mid of June.
Ich würde das Zimmer bei Bedarf mit Möbeln ausgestattet abgeben. Dabei handelt es sich um die Holzschrankwand, den Glasschreibtisch, die Couch (auch als Bett ausziehbar).
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 440€ und die Mietkaution 880€ (2 Monatsmieten). Zusätzlich ist mit ca 87€ für Internet und Energie zu rechnen.
Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang/Mitte Juni verfügbar.
