Damit unsere WG eine 4er-WG bleibt suchen wir ein/e liebe/n Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer dass frei wird ist ca. 16m² groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon!
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Bett, einem Sofa (kann zu einem Schlafsofa umfunktioniert werden), einem Schreibtisch, zwei Stühlen, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Regal. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist für ein Preis von 200€ zu übernehmen.
Die insgesamt ca. 160qm große WG liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine große Küche. Ansonsten ist die WG mit allem ausgestattet was man halt so braucht ;)
In ca 5 min ist man an der Fachhochschule ,City REWE, Netto, Lidl, sind zu Fuß auch in ein paar min zu erreichen. Bahnhof (mit dem Bus ca. 5 min.) und Innenstadt (z.B. Karstadt ca. 10-15 min) sind auch nich allzu weit weg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür.
Falls du Lust hast mit 2 netten IBA Studentinnen un einem Student zusammenzu ziehen und stubenrein bist meld dich doch einfach ;)
