Möbliertes Zimmer - LADIES only - fully furnished room

Super centrally located, 5 min. to the pedestrian area, 10 min. to the HBF, 2 min. to the next bus stops. Corner Adelheid- / Wörth- / Schiersteinerstraße. All in the city can be reached on foot. Because of the super location, international students/practice/interim jobseekers have been happy to have from India, Holland, Italy, Vietnam, Poland, Korea... used here. Some come again and again ;-)

Super zentral gelegen, 5 min. bis zur Fußgängerzone, 10 min. zum HBF, 2 min. zu den nächsten Bushaltestellen. Ecke Adelheid- / Wörth- / Schiersteinerstraße. Alles in der Stadt also zu Fuß erreichbar. Wegen der super Lage haben bisher gerne internationale Studenten/Praktikanten/ interim-Jobber z. B. aus Indien, Holland, Italien, Vietnam, Polen, Korea... hier gewohnt. Manche kommen immer wieder ;-)

I work a lot from home. Every 2 months Nina comes from Rotterdam for an extended weekend. We are interested in a friendly and rather quiet roommate who no longer needs study parties.

THE IST IMPORTANT: There are 2 cats who want to be supplied if nobody is home. For example, a weekend. You're older and quiet, and of course you don't live in your room.

Otherwise, living together is uncomplicated because according to experience everyone has enough to do with his stuff. Nonetheless, of course, there is no objection to a glass of wine together. Just non-smoker. WG experience is not wrong either.

Please write where you come from - what you do - how long you want to stay - your experience with pets etc... I usually answer within 24 hours.

Ich arbeite viel von zu Hause aus. Ca. alle 2 Monate kommt Nina aus Rotterdam für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Wir sind an einer freundlichen und eher ruhigen Mitbewohnerin interessiert, die keine Studie-Parties mehr braucht.

DAS IST WICHTIG: Hier wohnen 2 Katzen, die versorgt werden möchten, wenn mal keiner zu Hause ist. Zum Beispiel mal ein Wochenende. Sie sind schon älter und recht ruhig und wohnen natürlich nicht in deinem Zimmer.

Ansonsten ist das Zusammenleben unkompliziert, weil erfahrungsgemäß jeder genug mit seinem Kram zu tun hat. Trotzdem ist natürlich gegen ein Glas Wein zusammen nichts einzuwenden. Bitte nur Nichtraucher. WG Erfahrung ist auch nicht verkehrt.

Schreib bitte, woher Du kommst - was Du machst - wie lange Du bleiben willst - Deine Erfahrung mit Haustieren etc... Ich antworte in der Regel innerhalb 24 Std.

This room is free from for about 3-5 months.
For students at university or taking part at an internship programme / interim workplace / LADIES only.

Your fully furnished room is as shown in the pictures and free due to an internship.

Perfect location in an area near railway station and center.:
1-2 min by foot to next busstation, 10 minutes till main station, next to city center. Close to EBS Law school and other faculties. It takes only 2 minutes walking till most bus stations to all directions.

NOTICE: With us are living 2 cats. They are rather shy and won't bother you in your room if you dont want to. But of course they will be interested in what you are preparing in the kitchen ;-)
! You should be willing to take care for them just in case nobody is at home !

We share washingmashine, dishwasher, microwave and all our cooking untensiles with you. If you tend to ruin pans, please bring your own pan with you!

The bathroom (shower & toilet) is quite small. We ask you to clean kitchen and bath in weekly terms. And of course your room, too. Otherwise it is possible to arrange a cleaning service for 20,- Euro/month/each.

We dont smoke!

Make sure you are wanting to stay for at least 2 months. For a reservation we ask you to deliver a deposit of 250,- Euro in advance.

Drop us some lines about where you are from, what you will be doing here, your experience with pets etc. How old are you, is it the first time away from home? Mails will be answered as soon as possible, usually in the evenings. And as we have written - LADIES only. Looking forward meeting you soon.
