Das Zimmer ist wirklich nur 9qm, wenn das für dich okay ist ließ gerne weiter :)
Obwohl dein Zimmer nicht allzu groß wäre, bietet die Wohnung durch einen langen Flur ausreichend Platz für deine Sachen. Es ist auch ein Gemeinschaftszimmer vorhanden, das für gemeinsame Abende genutzt werden kann.
Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Friseur, Kneipen u.v.m. befindet sich alles in Laufrichtung, somit ist kein Auto von Nöten (Parkplätze zu finden ist auch schwierig)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Jonas und Birk. Jonas studiert Soziale Arbeit in Wiesbaden und Birk macht eine Ausbildung in Mainz.
Du solltest unkompliziert sein und Bock auf ne WG haben! Wir machen zwar nicht alles zusammen, aber ein gemeinsames Abhängen/ Trinkengehen ist auch mal drin :P
Birk haut tagsüber mal in die Klampfe und Jonas legt ab un zu im Gemeinschaftszimmer auf, also kanns auch mal lauter werden :D
Es ist aber auch vollkommen ok, wenn man sich ab und zu auch gerne in sein Zimmer zurückziehen möchte, wir sind da relativ entspannt! :)
Waschtrockner, Küchengeräte und weitere Ausstattung ist vorhanden, falls du was eigenes mitbringst; kein Problem.
