🇩🇪 Gemietet wird ein kleines, ruhiges Zimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung. Badezimmer und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Internet, GEZ, Strom und Heizung sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der Nebenkostenpreis ist eine Pauschale aufgrund der Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist einfach möbliert (siehe Bilder). Auf Wunsch können die Möbel bis auf den großen Schrank auch entfernt werden.
Auf Wunsch kann für 20 Euro monatlich extra ein eigener Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach zur Nutzung im Zimmer bereit gestellt werden.
🇬🇧 You can rent this small, quiet room for sole use. We will share the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Internet, GEZ, electricity and heating are included in the price as a flat rate. The room is furnished (see pictures). All furniture except for the large cupboard can be removed upon your request. If desired, the room can be equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment in the room for an extra charge of 20 euros per month, (because of the electricity needed).
🇩🇪 Das Fenster des Schlafzimmers ist in Richtung einer Sackgasse ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses fährt der Bus Richtung Bahnhof.
Der Bus benötigt 10 min zum Bahnhof.
Der Zug fährt die Strecke Hamburg/Uelzen und ist z. B. in 13-17 min in Lüneburg, in 10 min in Harburg und in 24 min am Hbf Hamburg.
Rewe liegt um die Ecke. Mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell bei Penny.
Grundsätzlich kann man hier schöne Radtouren machen z.B. nach Lüneburg an der Ilmenau entlang.
