Unbefristet - Kleines gemütliches Zimmer in großer WG

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung in der der Käse-WG werden zwei Zimmer frei!
Das eine ist schon ab 15. August unbefristet frei.
Beide sind mit circa 8m2 recht klein aber sehr gemütlich! Zur WG gehört auch noch ein großes gemeingenutztes Wohnzimmer, eine kleine gemütliche Küche, großes Bad und zwei Flure und Dachboden und Keller mit Platz zum Verstauen.
Wir teilen uns einen großen Garten mit der netten WG unter uns, hier kann man gärtnern und chillen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 205€ inklusive Internet und Fette Beute Beitrag.
Eure potentiellen Mitbewohnis sind Lara, die im Master studiert, Anna die Vollzeit arbeitet und die Hündin Jule, die sich über gemeinsame Spaziergang freut. Das Leben in der WG war bis jetzt eine angenehme Mischung aus gesellig und ruhig.
Die Lage ist in der Südbahnhofstraße recht zentral, Uni, Innenstadt, Einkaufen ist alles zu Fuß und Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Edeka ist direkt neben an und wir haben unsere eigene Hausärztin im Erdgeschoss.
In beiden Zimmern könnten die Möbel teilweise oder ganz übernommen werden.


Two rooms are available in our cosy attic flat in the Käse-WG!
One is available for an indefinite period from 15 August.
Both are quite small with about 8m2 but very cosy! The flat-share also includes a large shared living room, a small cosy kitchen, a large bathroom and two corridors and an attic and cellar with space for storage.
We share a large garden with the nice flatmates below us, where you can garden and chill out.
The warm rent is 205€ including internet and Fette Beute contribution.
Your potential flatmates are Lara, who is studying for her Master's degree, Anna, who works full time, and the dog Jule, who enjoys going for walks together. So far, life in the WG has been a pleasant mix of sociable and quiet.
The location is quite central in Südbahnhofstraße, university, city centre, shopping can all be reached on foot and by bike within a few minutes. Edeka is right next door and we have our own GP on the ground floor.
We could take over some or all of the furniture in both rooms.
