Gemütliches Altbauzimmer in Witzenhäuser Innenstadt-WG

Moin liebe WG-Suchende,

in unserer schönen 3er-WG wird ab April ein 12qm Zimmer mit Holzdielen frei. Das Zimmer geht nach Norden und Osten, aber in der ganzen Wohnung sind schöne große Fenster, so dass es trotzdem überall hell ist.
Die WG liegt im 1. Stock eines schönen, alten Fachwerkhauses mit hohen Decken und drei weiteren Nachbar-WGs mit denen wir ab und zu gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen. Mitten in der Witzenhäuser Innenstadt gelegen, sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Campus (drei Minuten zum Campus Steinstraße mit Mensa, 10 min Fußweg zum Campus Nord) und zu allen wichtigen Geschäften.
Die Miete, warm inkl. WLAN, Festnetz und aller weiteren Nebenkosten, liegt bei 275€.
Zudem haben wir einen tollen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer, mit dem wir momentan die Gaspreise zum Heizen reduzieren, der macht das Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa auch richtig gemütlich!
Wie im Bild zu sehen gibt es ein schönes Hochbett, dass Zimmerhöhe optimal ausnutzt. Wenn du möchtest kannst du das gerne Übernehmen (die 100€ Ablöse), Details dazu oder zu weiteren Möbeln auf Anfrage.

Was die WG sonst zu bieten hat:
- Zwei nette Master-Student:innen, die gerne viel zusammen Kochen und unternehmen
- eine gemütliche Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt
- ein entspanntes Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Holzofen, das zum Schnacken, Kartenspielen oder auch mal zocken einlädt
- Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine juhu!
- ein Kellerabteil
- Mit drei weiteren netten WGs im Haus teilen wir uns das ein oder andere schöne Essen oder Getränk, den Dachboden,
Fahrradraum und eine Dachterrasse mit fancy Grill (von unserem Vermieter).
- Rassistische, sexistische oder Antisemitische Einstellungen sind bei uns nicht willkommen!

Haustiere sind laut Mietvertrag in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt.

Dear flat-share seekers,

in our nice 3-person flat-sharing community, a 12 sqm room with wooden floorboards will become available in March. The room faces north-east, but there are nice big windows in the whole apartment, so that it is still bright everywhere.
The WG is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, old half-timbered house with high ceilings and three other neighboring flats with whom we like to do things together. Located in the center of Witzenhausen, it is only a few minutes walk to the campus (three minutes to Campus Steinstraße with Mensa, 10 min walk to Campus Nord) and to all important stores.
The rent, warm incl. WLAN, landline and all other utilities, is 275€.
In addition, we have a great wood stove in the living room, with which we can avoid some of the gas prices for heating, which also makes the living room with large sofa really cozy!
As you can see in the picture, there is a beautiful loft bed that makes optimal use of the room height. If you want, you are welcome to take over this (the €100 fee), details about this or other furniture on request.

What else the WG has to offer:
- Two nice master students who like to cook and do a lot together
- a cozy kitchen that invites to cook
- a relaxed living room with a big sofa and a wood stove, which invites you to chat, play cards or even gamble sometimes
- dishwasher, washing machine juhu!
- a cellar compartment
- With three other flats in the house we share the one or other nice meal or drink, the attic,
bike room and a roof terrace with fancy grill (from our landlord).
- Racist, sexist or anti-Semitic attitudes are not welcome in our house!

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment according to the lease agreement.
