In unserem Haus in Witzenhausen werden im Mai zwei Zimmer frei.

Wir wohnen hier bislang mit 6 Menschen, haben einen verwilderten und genutzen Garten, eine tolle Sonnenterrasse und eine Werkstatt.
Für den Winter gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und eine Badewanne.

Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander im 1.Stock, sind so 15qm groß, haben einen tollen Ausblick in den Süden und kosten mit allem und Gemüse- und Brotanteil in der Solawi jeweils 280euro. Es kann natürlich auch nur 1 Zimmer gemietet werden.

Falls ihr Interesse habt, können wir auch telefonieren oder ihr kommt vorbei. Und sagt Bescheid wenn ihr Fragen habt :)

Super Lage wie wir finden. Wir sind in Witzenhausen, nah am Bahnhof, nah an Downtown, nah an Supermärkten, nah an Aue und Wald. Und nah an der Nord-Uni. Überall dauert es so 5-15Minuten zu Fuß hin.

Nette Nachbar*innen, viele alte Leute, eine WG.

We think it's a great location. We're in Witzenhausen, close to the railway station, close to downtown, close to supermarkets, close to the Aue and the forest. And close to the North University. It takes 5-15 minutes to walk everywhere.

Nice neighbours, lots of old people, a shared flat.

Es gibt gerade etwas Umbruch im Haus, aber bisher haben wir hier sehr gemeinschaftlich gelebt, gutes essen füreinander gekocht, schöne Sachen miteinander unternommen und gleichzeitig auch jede*r für sich ihren alltag gelebt.

Leider müssen wir langfristig raus aus dem Haus, bisher zum Herbst, vielleicht aber auch erst Ende April 2026.
