Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird ihr Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 9m² groß (wie das zweite Zimmer), aber man hat für alles Nötige Platz. Dazu gibt es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, wo man auch sehr viel unterbringen kann. Das Fenster ist zur Nordseite auf den Hinterhof ausgerichtet, daher ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl und ruhig. Rolläden sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man bis in den dritten Stock, da muss man seine Einkäufe nur eine Etage hochschleppen.
My roommate is moving out and vacates her room. The size is approximately 9m², which has space for all the necessities. There's also a large living room where you can store your belongings.
The window of the room faces north and to the back side of the building, which makes it pleasantly cool especially in summer. Roll-down blinds are also built-in. The elevator goes to the third floor, so you only need to carry your groceries for one flight of stairs.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt. Direkt um die Ecke sind ein Aldi und ein dm, und die Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen Juliuspromenade und Mainfranken-Theater sind in knapp fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man innerhalb von zehn Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Man kommt also an alles und überall hin :)
The apartment is located in the old town. A supermarket and a chemist are practically around the corner, as well as bus and tram stops about five minutes away. The train station is also ten minutes away. You can get everywhere and everything :)
Hi! Mein Name ist Christin, ich bin 19 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung für Dolmetschen und Übersetzen (Englisch und Französisch). Grundsätzlich bin ich eher ruhig unterwegs, höre gerne Musik und lese. Daher muss die Wohnung nicht unbedingt zur Partymeile werden... Bislang funktionierte das "alles kann, nichts muss"-Prinzip für uns gut. Man kann sich auf einen Kaffee/Tee ins Wohnzimmer setzen und quatschen, aber es ist auch okay, wenn man die Tür hinter sich zuzieht und den Abend für sich verbringt.

Generally, I'm a quiet person and spend my time listening to music and reading, and the apartment doesn't really have to become a party zone for me to enjoy life... For us, the "everything can be done, nothing has to" principle worked pretty well. It's cool to sit in the living room with coffee/tea and talk, but it's also perfectly fine if we do our own thing and shut the door behind us for an evening.
