Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchende,
von 20.02-31.03 wird mein Zimmer frei. Im April wird dann die komplette WG aufgelöst. Perfekt also für jeden (besonders Erstsemester) die sich in aller Ruhe eine neue langfristige Bleibe suchen wollen.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat ein Fenster und wird möbiliert oder unmöbiliert (wie ihr mögt) vermietet.
Zentraler geht es kaum. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen der Juliuspromenade und dem Marktplatz. Mit der Straba kommt man ab der Juliusproenade eigentlich überall hin. Auch der Barbarossaplatz ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Wohnung werden mit dir dann noch meine zwei Mitbewohner wohnen. Sie sind super entspannt und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben.
Die Wohnung wird im April komplett aufgelöst. Da ich spontan eine neue langfristige Bleibe gefunden habe verlasse ich meine geliebte WG schon zum 20.Februar.
Wenn du also etwas zentrales, kostengünstiges zur Zwischenmiete suchst ist das Zimmer perfekt.
