Ich vermiete mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt für 3 Monate, da ich im Ausland bin. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (2mx1m), einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kallax und einer Kommode. Ich würde das Zimmer für den Zeitraum vollständig räumen, sodass Du es dir frei gestalten kannst.
Geteilt wird das Bad mit Dusche und die Küche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle und einem Herd.
Das Zimmer ist AB 15.09.23 (nach Absprache) und frei bis maximal 03.01.24 ( nach Absprache).
Ein persönliches Kennenlernen ist sehr gerne erwünscht.

Die WG liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Innerhalb von 7min bist Du an der nächsten Haltestelle bzw innerhalb von 15 min am Bahnhof. In direkter Nähe sind auch Norma, ALDI und DM. Innerhalb von 10 min bist du mit dem Bus an der neuen Uni und innerhalb von 20 min am Hubland. Ein Auto kannst du leider nicht auf dem Hof abstellen, aber Fahrräder dürfen abgestellt werden. Im Keller sind auch noch Waschmaschinen und Trockner
WG-Neugründung, alle Bewohner ziehen erst im Oktober ein.
