In meiner WG werden 2 Zimmer frei:
Das erste wird zum 1.März frei und ist 18,8 qm groß. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Einbauschrank, sowie einen Schreibtisch und einen Fernseher, welche dem Vermieter gehören, jedoch genutzt werden können.
Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Fensterfront und ist schön hell.
Das zweite Zimmer wird zum 1.Mai frei und ist ca. 18 qm groß. Es verfügt auch über einen Einbauschrank, welcher allerdings nicht so groß ist, wie der im 1. Zimmer.
Die ganze Wohnung wurde erst neu renoviert und ist daher in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Möbel, etc., Bad ebenfalls. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein extra Raum mit WC und Waschmaschine.
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich gleich angrenzend an den Vorhof der Wohnung. Mit der Buslinie 13 kommt man bequem direkt bis zum Busbahnhof. Mit dem Auto sind es 3,2 km und 6 Minuten bis zum Parkplatz Talavera.
Dürrbach liegt genau eine Ausfahrt vor Würzburg auf der B27.
Ich, 19 Jahre alt und Psychologie-Studentin suche 2 neue MitbewohnerInnen. Ich bin rücksichtsvoll, aufgeschlossen und lege viel Wer auf Sauberkeit.
