Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 12qm Zimmer.
Die Gesamtmiete warm beträgt 240 Euro, dazu kommen nurnoch Internet und Telefon, zwischen 6€ und 7,50€.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt über dem "Letzten Hieb", das heißt, gute Busanbindung (14,114,214) an die Uni Hubland und in die Stadt.
Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Waschbecken, was bei einer 5er-WG wahrscheinlich einiges erleichtert. Außerdem sind Dusche und Toilette in getrennten Zimmern.
Es gibt eine große Küche.
Der Boden in der ganzen Wohnung, bis auf Toilette, Bad und Küche, ist Pvc.
Es gibt keinen Fernsehanschluß, wäre aber vielleicht machbar.
Ich habe leider keine Fotos von meinem Zimmer und vom Rest der Wohnung.
