Hallo, da ich den Studienort wechseln werde, wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG frei.
Die Wohnung liegt im Frauenland, in der nähe der Haltestelle Erthalstr.
Kupsch, DM, Banken, Bäcker und alles was man sonst noch so braucht, ist alles direkt um die Ecke.
Die Bus Anbindung zum Hubland, an den Sanderring oder zur Julius Promenade ist optimal und zu Fuß braucht man auch nur knapp 15min bis in die Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, einige Sachen könnten/müssten übernommen werden.
Zu meinem Mitbewohner, dem Marius, kann ich nur sagen, dass er wirklich super unkompliziert ist und das ich gerne noch länger dort gewohnt hätte.
Ich hatte geplant schon gegen Ende des Monats auszuziehen, von daher wäre
das Zimmer ab Februar zu haben.
Miete sind 224€ da kommen dann noch Kosten für Internet und Strom dazu, was
dann aber alles zusammen auch nicht mehr wie 250€ macht.
