Your room is opposite to the appartment entrance. The two windows show point right to the garden with lots of birds in early spring and summer.
The floor is laminate.
My acutal flatmate wants to leave some furnishment, which you can optionally buy from him. We can discuss that if we have a match! :)
The neighbors are really friendly and we help each other if we can. The house is about 50m from the street and the front house protects us from noise from the street.
The bus station is 50m from us as. Medical stores and groceries all reachable within 3mins walking.
We have two cubbyholes, a bicycle room, a drying room in the basement and a bicycle workshop.

I am Hannes, 26 years old and I love singing and sports.
I work as a PhD student for Machine Learning. I like to spend 1-2 evenings together within a week, having breakfast together, cook and clean the flat together.
I like the flat to be clean, this is most important for me.
I also share the fridge's food, so everybody is free to eat and we simply alternate in going to the grocery. All this is optional and not compulsory.
A big plus is if you like cooking, if you like cycling or if you love to sing aCapella :).
The costs are exactly shared 50/50.
