Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen, frisch sanierten Wohnung im Würzburger Frauenland.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Schlafsofa, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Bürstuhl und Bürocontainer und einem Hochbett, das das Zimmer größer wirken lässt als 14m².
Die 55m² große Wohnung verfügt über eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad, einen kleinen Abstellraum und ein großzügiges Kellerabteil, in dem man auch gut ein Fahrrad unterstellen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Frauenland direkt neben dem Stadtring, vom Verkehr bekommt man aber nichts mit, weil die Wohnung neue Schalldichte Fenster hat. Parkplätze sind an der Straße reichlich vorhanden, es sind keine Anwohnerparkplätze weshalb es abends manchmal schwierig ist einen zu finden.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt, von dieser kann man Richtung hubland oder Sanderring fahren, wo auch die nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich eine Norma und eine Edeka sowie ein Döner, zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 min zur Sanderstraße mit etlichen Bars und Kneipen.
Ich wohne in der WG mit meinem Bruder und vermiete mein Zimmer während ich Schule habe.
Ich fahre übers Wochenende meistens nach Hause und wasche da auch meine Sachen, deshalb gibt es in der Wohnung auch keine Waschmaschine.
